4 IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION Parking: Buses will park in the south lot. Pit trucks will park on the road behind the school closet to the field. Spectators will park in the north and west parking lots. See the map for details. Restrooms: Students, volunteers and spectators may use the restrooms inside the school by the gym as well as the restrooms by the stadium. Member Re-Entry: Members and chaperones will receive hand stamps. Tickets: Tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Warm Up: Ensembles will warm up in the front of the school, in the east parking lot. See the map for details. Field Surface: The field is turf and will have high school hashes. Power on field: A power source will be located on the front sideline. Competition Suite: Adjudicator commentary for all USBands ensembles can be located in Competition Suite shortly after the conclusion of each ensemble's performance. Directors may grant access to the ensemble s portal with staff/instructors, and may request help from USBands representatives to resolve any issues accessing Competition Suite. Retreat/Critique: Drum majors and captains will report to the north end zone (opposite the scoreboard) before the final ensemble performs. Critique will be in the cafeteria at the back of the building closest to the field. Director hospitality will be in cafe. Awards: Trophies will be awarded for placement. Concessions: Concessions will be located at the outdoor concessions stand. Credentials/Access: Only USBands staff credentials allowed in the hospitality room. 8 SEVERE WEATHER PLAN Parking: Buses will park in the south parking lot. Volunteers will park in the west parking lot, and spectators will park in the west and north parking lot. See the map for details. Restrooms: Students may use the restrooms in hallway 2. Volunteers may use restrooms in hallway 3. Spectators may use restrooms in hallway 4. See the map for more details. Unloading Area: Ensembles can unload at the door past the main entrance. There are no loading docks or ramps available. Warm-Up: Warm up will be in the small gym 15 minutes prior to each performance. Performance Location: The performances will be in the large gym. Power: There will be a power source in the front of the performance area, similar to the front sideline outdoors. Retreat/Critique: For retreat, drum majors and guard captains will meet in the small gym while the last ensemble performs. Concessions: Concessions will be available in the cafeteria.
