Notice received days before departure date will result in a $25.00 per person cancellation fee. Notice received 30 days before departure date will result in a $25.00 plus 10% of the tour price per person cancellation fee. In addition, any non-refundable charges assessed by the airlines, bus company, railroad, hotel, or other services in accordance with their tariff schedules will be charged to each individual. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days prior to departure date. Cancellation by client will be deemed effective when verified by Bennett Travel.
