2 TOUR ITINERARY The tour itinerary will be structured around your confirmed performances in Williamsburg. Artistic Ambassadors will work with your group to coordinate logistics and work in plenty of time to set up, warm up, and rehearse. DATES DATES: Thursday, April 28, 2016 to Sunday, May 1, 2016 LAND ARRANGEMENTS: ARRANGEMENTS Transportation provided by: Two (2) private air-conditioned 55 passenger deluxe motorcoaches with VCR/DVD as per itinerary, including all transfers and excursions. Rooms for drivers and gratuities included. BUS COMPANY: Lenzner If the group has any additional baggage, (i.e. instruments, programs), Artistic Ambassadors will be able to transport the extra equipment at no charge, as long as it fits in the bus(es). [A specific list of extra baggage will be requested at a later date to make sure it fits.
