4 Perkins-Tryon High School Band National Festival of the States Seattle, Washington (3 nights / 4 days) Day 1 Seattle (D) Afternoon arrival in Seattle Meet your Tour Manager who will be with you for your entire stay Sightseeing, as time permits, for an orientation tour of downtown Seattle CITY PASS: Enjoy the Argosy Cruises Harbor Tour- a one-hour narrated Harbor Cruise Tour that circles the Elliot Bay and Seattle Harbor, offering wonderful views of the Seattle skyline, waterfront, and Olympic and Cascade Mountains then dinner at a local restaurant* Alternate Evening Option (for an additional supplement): Evening Welcome Dinner at the Native American Tillicum Village. Boat transportation to the island is included, as well as a Salmon dinner buffet and native presentation on the island. From the storytelling to the handmade regalia by one of the tribal elders, each element of the show is unique and true to the Coast Salish Tribes. This starts at 4:30pm and lasts approximately four hours Check-in to the hotel for overnight Day 2 Seattle (B,D) Breakfast at the hotel CITY PASS: Visit the Chihuly Garden and Glass OR the Pacific Science Center Clinic or performance as part of the National Festival of the States Lunch, on own Visit Seattle Center, an arts and entertainment district built for the 1962 World s Fair CITY PASS: Tour the EMP Museum (formerly the Experience Music Project and Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame) to view rare artifacts and memorabilia and experience the creative process by listening to musicians tell their own stories OR visit the Woodland Park Zoo CITY PASS: Take a ride up the Space Needle to the observation deck for a great view of the city Dinner at a local restaurant Performance as part of the National Festival of the States Return to the hotel for overnight Day 3 Seattle (B,D) Breakfast at the hotel Visit Pike Place Market, internationally recognized as America's premier farmers' market and is home to more than 200 year-round commercial businesses; 190 craftspeople and approximately 100 farmers who rent table space by the day; and 240 street performers and musicians Lunch, on own

5 CITY PASS: Visit the Seattle Aquarium Dinner at a local restaurant Return to the hotel for overnight Day 4 Seattle (B) Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out Morning at leisure, for additional shopping and/or sightseeing, as time allows Lunch, on own Depart for home *If you choose the Tillicum Village Experience, the Argosy Cruises Harbor Tour will be moved to a different day. This is a very flexible itinerary. Except for confirmed appointments and performances, the places of interest and the sequence of sightseeing might be changed if necessary or desirable. In the event of an unavoidable conflict in the performance and the sightseeing schedule, the concert schedule will prevail, and it may be necessary to exclude some sightseeing activities. These costs are based on group payments made by organization check or cash-equivalent to qualify for our lowest discounted prices. If you choose to have MCI handle the accounting and payment processing for each individual on tour, a 5% accounting fee applies. WE WILL MATCH OR BEAT ANY OTHER SIMILAR OFFER YOU MAY BE CONSIDERING! These items are subject to negotiation. For instance, we can re-quote based on less centrally located hotels, eliminate some dinners, eliminate entrance fees, adjust the free trip ratio, etc., to reduce the overall cost.

CONCERT PROMOTION: Official recognition, quality concert venues and publicity. AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION: Round-trip transportation by scheduled airline carrier from Oklahoma City, OK. Air fares are subject to change pending space availability at the time of group booking. Includes up to $75 for U.S. Government airline taxes, fees and estimated fuel surcharge. COACH TRANSPORTATION: Local coach transportation on arrival, and available for the entire tour. ACCOMMODATIONS: Hotel accommodations, based on quad occupancy. Double Single Triple Supplement City Limit Hotel: Supplement Supplement $52 $156 $468 MEALS: Two meals per day (as noted in the Tour itinerary) including breakfast and dinner. Please note that breakfast is not included on day of arrival and dinner is not included on day of departure. TOUR MANAGEMENT: One full-time, professionally-licensed Tour Manager on each motorcoach who meets the group upon arrival and remains until departure to guide all excursions, maximize use of time, and enhance the educational value. ENTRANCE FEES: Entrances are included to all sights listed on the Tour itinerary. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Individual travel insurance coverage is included in all MCI programs with MCI arranged airline transportation.
