1 1st Vice- 2nd Vice- 3rd Vice- Circular No. 46, Series of 2017 SUBJECT: New Improve PRINT USA Trip To : All PIAP Members Dear Fellow Printers & Members, July 29, 2017 Earlier we issued circular no. 42 for our trip to Print USA. Our travel agent gave us two weeks to confirmed and pay the deposit of US$ so that they could pay their booking with the airlines and hotel reservation. Come now the deadline, we were not able to pay for the confirmed minimum number of participants at 30 and a maximum of 50 passengers. As such we have lost our reservation which was via Narita to Chicago. We were force to immediately look for another travel agent to handle the arrangement of our trip to Print USA in Chicago. Fortunately, we were able to look for another travel agent which was able to offer a better deal for us, this time through Cathay Pacific Airways via Hongkong to Chicago, USA.

Assemble at the baggage claim area, meet and assist then transfer to Hotel for check-in. 511 North Columbus Drive, Chicago Day 2 September 10, 2017 CHICAGO Print 17 (B) (Sunday) Breakfast at hotel. Transfer from hotel to Print 17. Whole day at Print 17 Transfer back to hotel. Note: We are arranging with supplier to host the dinner.

Note: We are arranging with supplier to host the dinner. Day 4 September 12, 2017 CHICAGO (B) (Tuesday) Breakfast at the hotel. AM Private half day guided tour of Chicago. PM Free time for shopping. This will be a comprehensive panorama tour of its windy city, which will include visit to all the beautiful parks including Lincoln Park, Washington Park and Grant Park, Art Institute of Chicago, Lake Point Towers, drive along Outer Drive for unbeatable views of the city and the lake. Chicago main business section The Loop and State Street, we can make stop at the fascinating Lincoln Park Conservatory and Museum Campus.

After breakfast, check out hotel. Free time until transfer from hotel to airport for your flight to Manila or your next destinations. Please note that the itinerary is practically the same as that of our circular no. 42, except the airlines is much better with Cathay Pacific Airways and the flight schedules is in accordance with the flight schedule of Cathay Pacific Airways. The hotel is also change to Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Magnificent Hotel, a four star hotel. TOUR COST: The rate is the same as circular no. 42. TWIN SHARING: SINGLE OCCUPANCY: Important Notice: U$ 2,488/PAX U$ 3,420/PAX The travel agent requires a deposit of US$ and is nonrefundable, as this will be paid by our travel agent to the airlines and hotel as their deposit to secure our confirmation.

PIAP will also issue a certification that you are a bonafide active member of the Printing Industries Association of the Philippines. NOTE: The Travel agent has given us up to August 5, 2017 to confirmed and pay the US$ dollar deposit Therefore, if you are interested you must confirm by paying the required US$ as deposit to secure your confirmed slot.
