Replete with historical ruins (Colosseum, Catacombs, Forum), important churches (St. Peters Basilica, Santa Maria Maggiore), and splendid sculpture and art (Trevi Fountain, Sistine Chapel, Fountain of the Four Waters), modern Rome is the capital of Italy and a bustling mix of commerce and fashion. COLOSSEUM & ROMAN FORUM Step foot in one of the iconic wonders of the ancient world: The Roman Colosseum. Next, The Roman Forum, crowded with the jumbled ruins of countless buildings, erected over 1,100 years. DINNER IN ROME OVERNIGHT IN ROME

6 Itinerary: October 14, 2019 BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL VATICAN & VATICAN MUSEUM A self-contained sovereign state in the middle of Rome, the Vatican is ruled by the Roman Catholic Church with the Pope as its leader. Enter through the great square, designed by Bernini, and witness St. Peter's Basilica. Enjoy a guided visit of the Vatican Museums including the St. Peter s Basilica, Sistine Chapel and the wonderful frescoes of Michelangelo. MASS PERFORMANCE AT ST. As you stand on the Piazza della Signioria, you can almost feel the presence of such masters as da Vinci, Boticelli, Ghiberti and Raphael. Now home to several of Michelangelo's works, the centerpiece, David, dominates the collection. Its creation established Michelangelo as the foremost sculptor of his time. 9 Itinerary: October 17, 2019 BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL PISA SIDE TRIP & SIGHTSEEING Famous throughout the world for its 12th Century "Leaning" Tower, Pisa's Campo dei Miracoli has attracted pilgrims and tourists for over 800 years. The "field of God's miracles" is home to the equisite marble Baptistry with its great acoustics, to the Duomo (church) and to the Camposanto (cemetery), as well as to the Campanile (Tower). Stabliized in the mid 1990's at 17 feet, 6 inches off-center, the latter is one of the most photographed sites in the world. 15 Tour Conditions: Fund Raising Music Travel Consultants encourages and welcomes the application of fund raising profits to individual or group accounts. Music Travel Consultants is unable to accept or apply any school or booster fund raising monies to accounts that are paid in full. Last Day to apply fund raising money is: October 7 th, 2019

16 Last Day to Cancel: August 13 th, 2019 Cancellation is defined as any change made to the passenger list at least 60 days prior to trip departure day. Cancellation must be made under the traveler s account at MTC Online by clicking on the Cancel a Traveler link on traveler s/payer s Welcome Page dashboard OR by or written communication to MTC. With the exception of Non-Refundable Deposits/Payments, if Cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to trip departure day, money returned by suppliers is refundable. Cancellations received 59 days or fewer before, or on, trip departure day are non-refundable, unless a paying substitute traveler takes the place of the cancelled person. If the trip includes airfare, cancellation and/or substitution policies may vary, depending on the airline, date of ticketing and group contract; please contact MTC for additional information. Travelers should consider Travel and Cancellation Insurance. It may be obtained from your insurance agent or on the internet search for Travel insurance.

19 Getting Started Music Travel s online trip registration and payment system asks for personal contact information. And, it requires payment by a major credit/debit card (below) or e-check. Step 1: Go Online Visit musictravel.com Click Trip Login

20 Step 2: Click the Register as a New User button.

21 Step 3: Create Trip Account Create a password, enter an address and enter contact information. Then click on, Create Account. You will then receive the following message: Your account has been created successfully. Soon, you ll receive a confirmation . Whenever you log in, use the address ( address is username) and password that you just entered.

22 Step 4 (1 of 2): Register a Traveler Enter the Trip Number: (Given to you by your Group Leader or MTC) Please enter the information requested, for each individual traveler, for whom you will pay. To Complete each registration, you must accept the Terms and Conditions.

23 Step 4 (2 of 2): Register a Traveler Traveler Types Explained: ü Student = Member of the class or organization taking the trip. ü Child = Minor sibling of a Student. ü Chaperone = Adult with Chaperoning responsibility. ü Adult = Adult without Chaperoning responsibility. Fill out all required fields to complete traveler s registration.

24 Step 5: Your Trip Management Dashboard When next you login, this is your starting point your Trip Dashboard. You can: ü Register a Traveler ü Make a Payment ü Cancel a Traveler ü See Proposed Itinerary ü Review Financial information

25 Step 6: Make a Payment (1 of 2) Enter the payment amount for each traveler in the box next to the Traveler s name. Dollars and cents only no Dollar signs. Click, Continue. (if paying nothing, enter 0.00 ). The second screen gives the total. Enter payment method, click Continue. If wrong, click Back.

26 Step 6: Make a Payment (2 of 2) Enter Credit Card or echeck information, including card/account number, security code and name as it appears on the card/echeck, plus card billing address and Receipt address.
