DEPOSIT/ PAYMENT In order to secure a seat on the trip, the following payment schedule has been established: An initial deposit of $ per person is due on or before September 28, Partial deposits will not be accepted. A second payment of $ per person is due on or before October 31, A third payment of $ per person is due on or before November 30, A fourth payment of $ per person is due on or before January 4, Final payment or balance of trip is due no later than February 4, The final balance will be based on the final number of trip participants and will be provided by the school approximately two weeks prior to the due date. Parents will be charged as shown on the rooming list and will be responsible for finding their own room mates. No invoices will be sent. Therefore, it is each individuals responsibility to keep their payments current. Space for the trip is limited, therefore, reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis according to the date your initial deposit is received. Please note, in order to give your group the lowest package price we must sell the package as a whole and cannot offer price deductions for those who choose to deviate from or eliminate portions of the trip. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the following policy will adhere: Cancellations received on or before December 3, 2018 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person (Non-refundable Play Ticket and Administrative Fee). Cancellations received between December 4, 2018 and January 3, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $ per person.
