24 SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT The Canadian Association of College and University Student Services provides floor space only at the agreed rental charge per exhibit booth. We recommend that the following guidelines be followed to ensure the complete success of your show: 1. General Conditions. Exhibitors must not extend their displays beyond the space allotted. Any exhibitor using sound equipment (video or audio) should keep the volume at a minimum to avoid distracting other exhibitors. Distribution of printed materials must be confined to the allotted areas. Non-exhibitors must make prior arrangements with CACUSS for permission to distribute materials at the conference. 2. Cancellation Policy. All cancellations will be subject to a $100 administration fee. 3. Price and Payment. All exhibit fees, logos, attendees and company descriptions must be paid in full by May 31, Payments not received by May 31, 2019 will result in the forfeit of space. Upon these circumstances, CACUSS has the right to resell the space to other applicants. 4. Additional Registrants. Exhibitors or sponsors are permitted a maximum number of attending individuals as part of their exhibitor or sponsor agreement. Additional registrants over and above the agreed upon number will be charged the member registration fee for a two-day or one-day registration. Exhibitors who wish to participate in the full conference will be required to register for a two-day registration in addition to their exhibitor fee. 5. Books/other materials may be sold, providing they re in harmony with principles and objectives of CACUSS. 9. Security. One person should be present at each booth at all times during exhibit hours. The exhibit area is secured when the exhibits are closed. 10. WIFI. There is WIFI available and it is free with admission. Password will be made available to you on the day of the show. 11. Parking. The Calgary Parking Authority runs a 433-stall underground parkade (Lot 60) at the CTCC (727 First Street SE). For a map, rates and hours, see Lot 60.
