ATPCO U.S./Canada domestic fares and rules data are loaded three times a day, Monday Friday. Saturday and Sunday they are loaded once a day. International fares and rules data are loaded four times a day, Monday Friday and on Saturday and Sunday they are loaded once a day. SITA Societe Internationale Telecommunications 6/12/2002 Page 3

4 Fares and Rules Domestic Fares and Pricing Aeronautiques. An airline worldwide telecommunications and information services network headquartered in Paris, with a U.S. location in Atlanta, GA. SITA serves as a collector of fare data, not as an official government filing agency. It provides all fares for travel within or between all countries except U. S. and Canada. There are 2 transmissions Monday Friday and on Saturday and Sunday they are transmitted once a day. The following types of fare displays can be accessed in Worldspan: Worldspan MoneySaver Display Provides normal (NL) and excursion (EX) fares for participating airlines, for specified city pairs, displaying them in lowest to highest order. Specific Airline Display Provides fares for participating airlines in lowest to highest order. Worldspan Accessplus Fares Display Provides access to fare information in another airlines system through the use of Access Plus. Historical Fares Allows access to fare information based not only on current date but also a past date up to 13 months. The Worldspan fare quote system is flexible, allowing you to: Request a comparison fares display of both normal and excursion fares. Move from one fares display to another, (i.e., specific to MoneySaver). Request fares by fare type, departure date, airline or Ultimate Fare Search in any combination. Move from one fare type, departure date, airline or Ultimate Fare Search in any combination. Request a display in either NUCS or base fare amount. Request a display in any currency using a valid IATA currency code. Request a display either sorted from lowest to highest or highest to lowest. 4 6/12/2002

INFO FARES A MoneySaver Fares display provides a list of one-way and round-trip fares for all airlines participating in Worldspan for a specific city pairs. Fares to or from the U.S., include the domestic excise tax. Fares to or from Alaska and /or Hawaii include the prorated domestic excise tax and the departure tax. The arrival tax is included on applicable roundtrip fares. Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs) and the flight segment tax (ZP) are not included. International fares do not include taxes, Passenger Facility Charges or flight segment taxes. MoneySaver Fares display defaults to normal and excursion fares (NLX), mixed, both one-way and round-trip. Worldspan defaults to today s date if a travel date is not specified. Fares are listed lowest to highest regardless of fare basis code, so the least expensive fare within the requested fare type is always at the top of the display. Only published circle and round-the-world fares are shown in a MoneySaver Fares display. These fare types are currently restricted from auto pricing 6/12/2002 Page 5

MORE FARES AVAILABLE appears at the bottom of a MoneySaver Fares display when more fares exist in the requested market. A more specific fares entry is needed to narrow down the search. 1. A fares display entry can include up to five Fare Type Codes, using a slash to separate the Fare Type Codes. Worldspan defaults to normal and excursion (NLX) fare in a fares display. Access HELP PTC, move down to the list of Passenger type Codes and review. HELP PTC Senior Citizen, (SRC) and child (CNN) are the most commonly used Passenger Type Codes. 12. Move down to past date entries and review. HELP 4F*H MD 3. Display historical fares for ticketing on the 15 th of last month and travel on the 22 nd of last month from Atlanta (ATL) to San Francisco (SFO) on American. 4FATLSFO15MMMYY22MMMYY-AA (MMM = MONTH, YY = YEAR) Within a fares display, key elements to qualify passengers for a fare amount are found in the mini-rule. Tab stops allow easy access to the specific rule text. Mini rules are an alternative to the full text rule and displays the basic rules of a fare in an abbreviated format.
