PENALTIES CANCELLATIONS: X/T/U/L/Z/I- Any time. Ticket is non-refundable in case of cancel/no-show. K/Q/H/M/ B/Y & D C /J- Changes permitted. Please Note (for all above): 1. Cancellation charge waived for death of passenger or family member. 2. Reservation cancelled prior to the originally scheduled flight retains ticket value/less applicable cancellation fee in change paragraph up to one year from the original date of ticket issue. If the ticketed flight reservation is not cancelled prior to ticketed flight departure time/rebooking is not permitted and ticket has no value. 3. Fares on a ticket from different rules with the same or different cancellation fees - apply the highest fee of the cancelled itinerary then refund any refundable fares and the non-refundable fare amount less the cancellation fee will be returned as a non-refundable voucher for travel governed by DL only. 4. Death waiver must be substantiated by a valid death certificate. 5. Cancellation fee does not apply to infants under 2 not occupying a seat. 6. No-Show - non-refundable anytime. Ticket must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to flight scheduled departure time. In the event of a no-show any fare paid will be forfeited. 7. Lost Ticket - Per ticket charge for lost ticket application is USD100.00/ CAD CHANGES: X/T/U/L- Any time. Charge NZD K /Q/H/M/B/Y- Any time. Charge NZD Z/I-- Any time. Charge NZD D-- Any time. Charge NZD C /J- Changes permitted. Please Note (for all above): 1. A change is a routing/date/flight modification. Name changes not allowed (except B/Y class). Tickets must be re-issued when any voluntary change is made. 2. Waived for illness or death of passenger or family member. 3. Itineraries may be rebooked up to one year from original ticket issue date provided the passenger cancels the ticketed flight reservation prior to ticketed departure time. Delta One Cabin: Accompanied child 2-11 years - charge 100% of the fare. No ticket designator. All Cabins: Unaccompanied children 5-11 years charge 100% of the fare. No ticket designator. Infants All Cabins: 1 st infant under 2 years without a seat charge 10% of the adult fare. Maximum 1 infant per adult. Ticket designator - IN and percent of discount. Infant under 2 occupying a seat charge 75% of the adult fare. Ticket designator - CH and percent of discount. Please Note: The age limits referred to above shall be those in effect on the date of commencemnt of travel. Exception - Infants who reach their 2 nd birthday during their travel will be required to occupy a seat on the outbound and inbound flights. The childs fare must be applied for the whole journey. Children and infants must be accompanied on all flights in the same comparment by an adult 18 years or older. TAXES AND SURCHARGES Taxes and other surcharges are not included in the fare.
