Worldspan hosts many of the most popular cruise lines including: Celebrity Cruises Inc. 5 Go! 3. Click SearchCruises. Display Explanation Area of Screen Login Access Administration Initial Login Procedures Description This link accesses the User Name and Password screen. Use this link if you are an Office Administrator and would like to set up other users. This is used for the first time setup of the agency and any changes following. This link is also for all users to change their password. This link provides important instructions for an agency to register their office to use Worldspan. 4. Click Login. 03/02 5
6 Go! The User Name and Password are entered to access the system. If you have forgotten your password, you can enter your address to receive a password reminder. 5. 7 Go! Let s review the links on the title bar at the top of the page. Display Explanation Header Promotions New Bookings Retrieve Booking Cruise Line Info Description This page lists current promotions by cruise line and geographic promotion. If an option is selected, detail and selection screens appear to book through Step 5, and begin with cabin availability. This is similar to a quick book option. Action button to begin the new booking process. Any unsaved work is deleted. Action button to begin retrieval of an existing booking. Unique to each cruise line providing most aspects of the cruise with details for everything from cruise evening attire to ship facilities. 03/02 7
8 Go! Header Port Guide Quick Help Description This link provides port arrival information, Best of List, local interest and activities and event information. Offers helpful tips on how to use the current screen. Before we begin booking, let s look at some Help pages, Preferences, and Message screens. 6. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Help. Notice the Help page that displays is for Quick Search. Help 8 03/02
9 Go! pages are available for each area and you can access any other Help page from the links on the left. 7. Close the Help browser and select Preferences. (Review the preferences briefly). Preference lists are settings to customize the way you would like to work for you. There are settings defaulted to US, and others that should be specifically customized. 8. Scroll to Default Search and click the drop-down menu. 03/02 9
10 Go! This option allows you to set your default beginning page, either Advanced or Quick Search. 9. Scroll and click the drop-down menu for Quick Help /02
11 Go! This option allows you to either display or hide Quick Help. Quick Help displays at the top of your booking screens. We ll see the Quick Help screen in a moment. 10. Scroll to Change Password. 03/02 11
12 Go! This option allows you to Change your Password. When any changes have been, click Update. It s important to take a few moments to review these preferences to allow work the most productively for you. 11. Close the browser and click Messages /02
13 Go! This allows you to retrieve messages from the cruise lines by priority, if neede,d pertaining to your passenger s cruise. As you see, there are two possible ways of using our search, Advanced and Quick Search. Our lesson will use Quick Search, but before we start that, let s take a quick look at Advanced Search. 12. Display Explanation Area of Screen Cruise Line Destination Cruise Ship Sail Date (30 day search or specific date) Transportation Type Passenger City Code Number of days Number of passengers Fare Code Category Cabin Ports of Call Qualifier Description Select Desired cruise line C Indicates Caribbean. Click the drop down menu to view other destinations Use the drop down menu to select the desired ship Select a desired sailing date from the drop down menu or input a specific month, date, and year. Select transportation from the drop down menu- Cruise only, Air, Bus Select the departure city from the drop down menu Select the length of cruise Select the number of passenger from the drop down menu Enter the specific Fare Code if known Enter the category if known A specific cabin number can be entered here Specific ports of call can be added using the drop down menu if known The Advanced Search is used when most information for the sailing is known and will proceed directly to availability if all mandatory information is specified. 13. Click Quick Search. Scroll to review the complete search screen. 03/02 15
16 Go! Step 1 Quick Search Note the number of sailings. This area provides instructions for a Quick Search. It shows how many sailings are available after each selection. When 50 or fewer sailings match the selections, the message is replaced with the list of sailings. To further narrow the search, we ll include a few more options. In a Quick Search, you must select a choice from each column, until the sailings are reduced to 50 or less. You can select from all columns to narrow the options even further /02

Display Explanation Header Destination Sailing In Number of Days Cruise Line Ships Leaving From Description Choose a sailing destination Choose a sailing date (month) Choose the length of the cruise Choose a specific Cruise Line List the ships available that match the criteria. When 20 or fewer are matched, the ship names appear. Indicates how many ports match the selected criteria. When 20 or fewer ports match, the port names appear here. 14. Select your choices of Destinations, Sailing month, number of days. (Instructor select these one at a time and let the screens return. 19 Go! It is possible that results may not be 50 sailings or less, so let s include a departure. 15. Select Ft. Lauderdale (Leaving From). Then scroll down. Step 2 - Sailing For our lesson we re going to use the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas. First let s take a look at some information about the line and the ship. 03/02 19

Display Explanation Header Status Cruise Line/Departure Date/Return Date/ Length of Cruise and number of Ports Itinerary/Embarkation/ Disembarkation Ports Go To Description This column shows sailing status, available, waitlist, or closed. Click the link on the Cruise Line name to access information about the Cruise Line. Click the Cruise ship name to access information about the ship. Link to provide itinerary information From this point, you can go to Step 3, Fare Availability, or Step 4, Category Availability 16. Click the link to Royal Caribbean /02

22 Go! Clicking the Caribbean port will allow you to view the entire itinerary. (Scroll through it if you like). 19. Close this window and click the Fare Code box for that sailing /02
23 Go! Step 3 Fare Availability This screen shows Fare Code Availability. The Status shows either available, waitlist, or closed. You can check the box by a specific Fare Code to select up to four fare codes for comparison. Click on the Fare Code link for a specific description. Next are Description and Remarks about the fare code, and Go To proceeds to Step 4, Category Availability. Click the Category button for the specific fare code to proceed. At this step, the number of passengers should be changed if needed. 20. Click the link to fare code FIT. 03/02 23
24 Go! Explanation and validity of the fare code displays. 21. Scroll through the Rate Option rules explanation, then close the window and click Compare /02
25 Go! This displays a comparison of the categories, rate types per number of adults, and prices. 22. Close the box and click Category for the FIT fare code. 03/02 25

Step 4 Category Availability Display Explanation Header Status Category Cabin Type Fare Code Upgrade Guar Capacity Description Shows available, waitlist, or closed Shows various category codes. Click the category icon to see a detailed description and cabin photo. Shows whether category shows inside or outside cabins. Fare Code associated to the category. If the category offers an upgraded cabin category for the price of a lower category, the upgraded category is shown here. Indicates whether category supports guaranteed cabins. Indicates the minimum and maximum number of passenger for the cabin /02
27 Go! Header Description Share If applicable, indicates the gender allowed to share the cabin p B=Both M=Only males F=Only females Go To Clicking the Cabin button proceeds to Step 5. Pricing Clicking Pricing gives a detailed pricing description. Prices listed do not include taxes, insurance and fees. 23. Scroll down to view the available categories. 03/02 27
28 Go! 24. Select a Category (Perhaps K) for a definition of that category. (To select, click the icon for that category letter). Category information appears with a cabin photograph, room description and amenities. We ve looked at a Large Stateroom, but let s look at another type of room. This an excellent place to view the layout of rooms for different categories. 25. Close this window, scroll and select Category B, with a balcony /02
29 Go! The layout shows exactly where the balcony is located. 26. Close this category information and select Cabin for our choice of Category K. 03/02 29
30 Go! Step 5- Cabin Availability Display Explanation Header Description Status Indicates available, waitlist, or closed. Cabin Cabin number. Click the link to display cabin and category description. Deck Deck Name. Click the link to display the deck plan Capacity Indicates the number of people permitted to stay in this cabin. Location Indicates where the cabin is located on the ship. Bedding Choose the bedding type from the drop down menu, if applicable. Go To Click the DINING button to proceed to Step /02
31 Go! 27. Select the desired cabin and click the link for the cabin number. (Our example here is cabin 8035). Again, by Cabin Availability, we can determine amenities, cabin photo, and cabin layout. 28. Close the Cabin information and select Bridge Deck-8. 03/02 31
32 Go! Deck information as well as cabin location is shown with this information. Notice the categories are color coded with the cabins to show exact location. FYI By clicking the category from this display, you can also see the room photo and description of cabin. 29. Scroll, and locate our room, then close deck information and select Dining /02

Step 6 Dining Display Explanation Area of Screen Status Seating Go To Smoking Preferences Table Size Preferences Dining With Go To Description Status of seating, available, waitlist, or on request Seating choices You can proceed to step 7 by clicking Passenger here If the cruise line allows smoking at the table, you can make your selection here Use the drop down menu to choose table size from Sizes are cruise line specific. Include the confirmation number of passenger you would like seated at your table Update the clients preferences by clicking the Update button here 03/02 33
34 Go! Preferences for dining are indicated and note that a message indicates that the room will be held for 15 minutes while the booking is completed. 30. Select Passenger either at first or Second seating or complete the information in the Dining Preferences and click Passenger. Step 7- Passenger 34 03/02
35 Go! The default passenger information displays. Default is 2 people but may be changed by clicking the alternate number of passenger in the parenthesis. Be aware that this could change your category and affect your booking if you change. Main Contact indicates this person is the main contact for this booking. Including Insurance is default and can be unchecked to deactivate. Mandatory fields are identified with and asterisk (*). 03/02 35

37 Go! 31. Complete the information for Passenger 1. Scroll down and complete information for Passenger 2. When the information for both passengers is complete, click Summary at the bottom right of the screen. John Doe AD Marion Doe AD /02 37
38 Go! Before we finish, we need to add a package for the customer. They would like a hotel prior to the cruise. 32. Select Packages on the Menu at the top of the screen /02
39 Go! The pre-package screen appears with options to choose packages for either or both passengers. Note, it also indicates the number of nights, passenger numbers, and start and end dates. 33. Select passenger 1 and passenger 2 by checking the boxes for P1 and P2 then click Update. 03/02 39
40 Go! The Room Assignments screen appears. If the passengers want the same room, click Room 1 for each of them. If there are to be separate rooms, click Room1 for one, and Room 2 for the other. 34. Select Room 1 for each, and click UPDATE /02

Scroll to the bottom to review the payment due date. 36. When ready to confirm the itinerary, click Confirm /02
43 Go! The confirmation screen appears with confirmation number and again a printable itinerary option that includes commission for the agent, and itinerary without for the client. BE SURE TO WRITE THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER DOWN. 37. Scroll through the confirmation screen to review all passenger data. 03/02 43
44 Go! The summary includes passenger information and a breakdown of the final pricing including taxes, insurance and applicable packages. Also, notice the passenger recap in yellow reviewing cruise line, ship name, port, date, umber of passengers, rate code, category, cabin, and Dining. 38. You can select cruise line, destination, date, and the letter of the alphabet for the passenger last name to narrow the search for the booking. Select from the list of displayed bookings below if the confirmation number is not known. 41. Click your confirmation number to retrieve your booking. The retrieved booking allows review of all portions of the booking or using one of the Booking Options to View History, View Pricing, or Cancel. 03/02 49
