3 SITE DESCRIPTION was formerly part of a Girl Scouts of America summer camp, an ideal use considering the property s many attributes. The 10 deep pond, suitable for swimming, is man-made, and can easily support trout and bass. Two large meadows totaling nearly 100 acres occupy the southern and central portions of the land.
