The owner s careful stewardship of older gravel mining activity north of Boulder Creek yielded inviting lakes, ponds, and marshes that protect various forms of wildlife habitat. Lakes varying in size from The South Farm, located south of Boulder Creek, includes Outlots I and G, roughly 88 acres.
