BACKGROUND The attached Develpment Variance Permit N varies Abbtsfrd Zning Bylaw, 1996, t reduce the frnt lt line setback frm 6.0 metres t 3.0 metres when the attached garages are facing a side lt line. At its Nvember 15, 2010 meeting, Cuncil gave apprval in principle t this develpment variance permit applicatin and instructed that a permit be prepared and presented at an upcming Cuncil Hearing. 3 DEVELOPMENT VARANCE PERMT NO This Develpment Variance Permit N is issued t ROMPSEN MORTGAGE CORPORATON SUTE CUMBERLAND STREET TORONTO, ONTARO M5R 3N5 as the wner (the "Permittee") and shall apply nly t ALL AND SNGULAR that certain parcel r tract f land within the City f Abbtsfrd ("the City") described belw, and any and all buildings, structures and ther develpment theren: Parcel dentifiers: see attached Schedule A (the "Lands") 2. This Develpment Variance Permit is issued pursuant t and in accrdance with the applicable bylaws f the City and is issued subject t cmpliance with all f the bylaws f the City except as specifically varied by this Permit. 3. Site wrk must be in cmpliance with the Sil Depsit/Remval Bylaw and the Tree Prtectin Bylaw; ther wrks must be cnstructed in accrdance with engineering plans and specificatins acceptable t the City's General Manager f Engineering; and buildings and structures can nly be altered, changed in ccupancy r cnstructed in accrdance with the B.C.
