Matt prvided a very infrmative verview f plicing & crime issues in the Hlryd area and his visin n hw the cmmunity culd be invlved. He utlined sme f the specific challenges facing the 132 utstanding fficers wh cmbine t cnstitute the HOLROYD LAC, and tld us abut sme f their successes. The majr issue that Matt identified was CHANGE change impacting n the Cmmunity f Hlryd specifically and the brader changes impacting n the wrld at large.
