2 The project review meeting started at 2.30 pm on 4 th July 2016 at the H.O of with the Managing Director of Shri A P M Mohammed Hanish IAS in chair. List of Participants are given below. 4 Meeting with M/s Kitco Recommendation and submission of the final bills of the ROB Kumaranallore is still pending from M/s Kitco. M/s Kitco informed that they will send the bill within a weeks time The measurement books of final bill for ROB at Mooledam is submitted to RBDCK on Certain close out documents are not yet submitted. All the required equipment for the lab are mobilised to Station kadavu site, it should be arranged in a proper way and lab fully established. MD RBDCK directed M/s Kitco to make a power point presentation on at 11.00AM to discuss about the draft DPR on Angamali byepass. Necessary modification shall be made in the DPR mentioning the Lease period of operation, toll collection after reducing the land value provided in the draft DPR. They were requested to prepare DPR in two phases, first from Karayamparambu to Angamali Railway station and 2 nd from Angamali Railway station to CIAL Airport Junction. Informed Kitco to carry out the Boundary stone planting for land acquisition at Palarivattom site urgently and police protection would be arranged by RBDCK. M/s Kitco informed that Boundary stone was laid for the Pavangad ROB project and for the Karamana ROB, arrangements are made for the laying of boundary stone. GM, RBDCK instructed to lay down the boundary stones of standard size of 15x15x90cm fixed in concrete, to be painted neatly, and RBDCK should be engraved clearly. M/s Kitco was instructed to submit hard copies of monthly progress report promptly and weekly report in time by . Decided to send letters to the contractor to submit the Monthly Progress report as per the contract agreement. 4

7 2. ROB AT ANGADIPURAM Note Contractor: M/s Cherian Varkey Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. 1. Staircase works started. The contractor informed that they will complete all the works in a month time. 2. GM, RBDCK instructed the contractor to carry out shoulder filling on either side of the approach road. 7

13 8. Angamali Byepass Road MD RBDCK directed M/s Kitco to make a power point presentation on at 11.00AM to discuss about the draft DPR on Angamali byepass.
