México Sunday, February 11 th, 2018 Dear Runner: ABO RACES, in coordination with the authorities of the 12th City Council of Los Cabos, we invite you to participate in the event "Los Cabos Half Marathon 2018, 21K, 10K, 5K Adult and 3K Infantile races. As every year, we offer you the best organized races in the state of Baja California Sur and this 2018 we exceed your expectations by providing you with events of excellent quality. Departure and Meta: Plaza Mijares, Historical Center Departure time: 7:00 am for 21K, 10K and 5K 7:10 3K Kids Distances: Half Marathon 10K and 5K, certified by surveyor and endorsed by the Sports Department of the Municipality of Los Cabos. The first three riders crossing the finish line will be rewarded on each ramp in the 21K, 10K, 5K and 3K races. 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Cash prize to 1st place of each category in both branches. NOTES: To declare a conformed category and to be entitled to awards, there must be at least five athletes enrolled in the same and at the starting line. There will be no general awards, only by categories The awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018 starting at 10:00 am on the main esplanade of the Salida and Meta area in Mijares Square, Historic Center of San José del Cabo, B.C.S.

5 ROUTES: In San José del Cabo, B.C.S. 21K The route of the race was designed to show many of the main points of interest of the city of San José del Cabo, such as Plaza Mijares and the Municipal Palace in the Historic Center, Paseo San José (hotel zone) and the Marina Puerto Los Cabos. The half marathon begins in Plaza Mijares continuing along the Boulevard of the same name to continue on Paseo San José. The route continues to Puerto Los Cabos, going through the Marina and the town of La Playita, returning by the same route towards the finish line, crossing the Centenario Blvd. on the side of "Estero San José" to reach the goal at "Plaza Mijares ". To guarantee the quality and seriousness of the event, the route is certified by an AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races) surveyor and endorsed by the Mexican Federation of Athletics Associations, A.C. (In process) and the Sports Department of the Municipality of Los Cabos. 10K The race route was designed to be enjoyed in a family environment. Tour the Historic Center of the City of San José del Cabo and Paseo San José (hotel zone). The route is flat. The 10K starts in Plaza Mijares continuing along the boulevard of the same name to continue on Paseo San José. Return by the same route towards the goal. Crossing the Blvd. Centenario to the side of the Estero San José to reach the Plaza Mijares. To guarantee the quality and seriousness of the event, the route is endorsed by the Mexican Federation of Athletics Associations (in process) and the Sports Department of the Municipality of Los Cabos. 5K The race route was designed to be enjoyed in a family environment. The 5K starts in Plaza Mijares continuing along the boulevard of the same name to continue on Paseo San José. Return by the same route towards the goal. 6 TIMING SYSTEM At the 2018 Los Cabos Half Marathon, an event of CABO RACES, 10K and 5K Races, the newest technology will be used for the timing of total times. BIB TAG CHIP DISPOSABLE. 8 It is MANDATORY when collecting your package present your payment receipt. The finalist medal will be delivered when crossing the finish line. NO numbers or chips will be delivered on the day of the event. Time limit: For the safety of the competitors, the maximum time to complete the total route will be 3 hours (duration of the total of the event).
