Enjoy your time at the Zafiro Palma Marathon that takes place October 14, 2018 and let us take care of the rest. The package per person includes 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 nights accommodation in half board Registration to the Zafiro Palma Marathon (10 km, Half Marathon or Marathon) Race documentation delivery to hotel Transfer on 14 th October from the hotel to the Zafiro Palma Marathon Early check-in and late check-out on request (subject to availability) Booking conditions Package is per person and includes VAT Flexible arrival dates. Only condition is that the overnight from Saturday to Sunday is included in the stay Time chip rental is included Not included in the package: o Tourism fee per person and night, to be paid in the hotel o The package does not include flights or airport transfers Payment conditions and cancellation policy 100% at booking, payment by bank transfer after receipt of invoice The room will be blocked for you as soon as we receive the booking form. It will remain blocked for 10 days as of the moment you receive the invoice. Should payment have not been made after 10 days, Kumulus may not be able to guarantee that the room remains blocked for you. Cancellation policy: o Until 31 July 2018: 100% refund of total amount o Until 31 August 2018: 50% refund of total amount o Until 15 days before arrival: 25% refund of total amount o 14 days and less before arrival: no refund How to book? As soon as we receive the booking form, we will book you into the hotel Kumulus will then send you the invoice, which you pay per bank transfer As soon as payment is received, Kumulus will confirm your booking and send you a personal code, so you can register at the Zafiro Palma Marathon 2018 (10 km, Half Marathon or Marathon) without further payment. Note: please make sure that you fill in all required details including the signature of the waiver of extracontractual civil liability.
