PMU is on the 1st Floor in Suite 120, behind the glass doors to the left of the elevators. The training facility is located approximately 30 minutes from BNA Airport. Please book departing flights at least 2 hours after the end time of the last day of class. Meals Power Management University will provide breakfast and lunch for each day of training. 2 Recommended Hotels Please note: Demand for Nashville area hotels is high. Hotels tend to sell-out two months in advance. We highly recommend making your reservations when you register for your class. If you book through the recommended hotel reservation links below, you can easily make changes/cancellations until 12PM CMT on day of arrival without penalty, if necessary. If you book through a third party or prepay, changes/cancellations will not be possible. 4 Transportation Airport Shuttles Please plan on reserving a shuttle, rental car, or arranging for a taxi at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please read through the following information carefully if you plan to utilize the airport shuttle for transit to/from the Drury Plaza Hotel, Franklin or downtown Doubletree Hotel. Airport Shuttle Service by Matchless Transportation - Our #1 recommendation for reliability and convenience! Matchless Transportation will provide professional, door to door service from the BNA airport to the downtown Doubletree Hotel or Drury Plaza Hotel, Franklin in a private vehicle. Your driver will keep track of your flight's arrival, waiting curbside on the ground level with a sign that says "Schneider Electric". He/she will be in a black suit, and the front license plate on the vehicle will say "Matchless". Just dial them as you get off the airplane ~ (615) for timing of it all. Flat rate of $60 each way for any size vehicle. 5 Downtown Doubletree to the Training Facility Power Management University will provide limousine service to/from the hotel and the training facility in LaVergne. The driver from Matchless Limousine will pick up outside the Doubletree Hotel at 7:15 each morning of class (Please wait for the shuttle at the hotel's lower main lobby by the valet). Shuttles are not provided by or affiliated with the Doubletree Hotel. Shuttles will only be arranged when we confirm registered attendees to have existing reservations 5 business days prior to the class start date. We will also provide transportation to both the airport and the hotel on Thursday after class, as needed. Please note: You will be responsible for your own transit to the airport if your departing flight requires that you leave the training facility earlier than our planned shuttle departure for the class or if you will be departing on a later date. PLEASE NOTE: If you plan on staying in downtown Nashville at a hotel other than the Doubletree, but still plan to utilize the daily shuttle to the training facility, please contact us at powerlogic.university@schneider-electric.com no later than 5 days prior to your course's start date. Shuttles are only arranged when we confirm attendees to have existing reservations at the Doubletree downtown location and we are unaware of reservations made with other hotels in the Nashville area. In this respect, please also note that if you make last minute reservations at the Doubletree, we will be unaware of your arrangements/need for shuttle, as the daily shuttle service is not provided by or affiliated with the Doubletree Hotel.
