Our experienced event planners will seamlessly coordinate your guests for receptions and conferences with several meeting space options, a variety of fresh catering menus, free Wi-Fi, and abundant parking. We look forward to hosting your next event! Impressive Hannaford Hall boasts comfortable auditorium seating for 512, with a stage, fully built-in audio visual equipment and lighting. This space can also accommodate receptions, breaks and exhibit space in the spacious lobby and mezzanine with open ceiling and natural lighting. Conveniently located just off I-295 and attached to the parking garage on the USM Portland campus, the Abromson Center offers eight classrooms designed to fit every need. These rooms feature state-of-the art audio-visual equipment, white boards, and flip charts. You can also request that an A/V tech be on hand to ensure a successful presentation. Room 110, the only room without windows, perfect for films, accommodates 20 to 60. These rooms can be combined to make one large classroom. n Likewise upstairs, Rooms 214 and 215, lined with windows and natural lighting, each accommodating 20 to 60, can be combined into one large classroom. n Overlooking campus and Deering Oaks park, Rooms 213 and 216 are bright corner rooms and each comfortably hold 30 to 60 people. These rooms are perfect for medium-sized classes and conferences. n Rooms 212 and 217, each accommodating 12 to 20 people, can be the perfect setting for board meetings and small private dining events.
