University Center provides housing to universities, groups, and individuals during the academic year. Chartwell s offers exclusive, on-premise catering services to recharge and satisfy your attendees. The culinary team offers delicious menu selections to accommodate the needs of every program. We offer custom bar packages for special events and offsite catering services. No outside food or beverage is allowed. From May August, University Center provides comfortable and convenient housing to private groups, conferences, and individuals. Four-person maximum occupancy. Meal plans are available to add to any booking. Four-Bedroom Apartments Kitchen Bath 1,200 square feet Suite-style rooms consist of two bedrooms with two twin beds in each connected by a center bathroom. Suites are available in a double or single occupancy layout with a shared bathroom. For convenience, a meal plan in our on-site dining facility is required for all suite style units. Selecting a Suite-style room provides guest access to the social lounge with kitchenette located on each floor.
