6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKING DEADLINE The deadline to register for the Recreate Packaging Award Ceremony and the epda Congress is April 19. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Accommodation: - If you consider staying at one of the recommended hotels, please complete the form for each participant and or fax it to the epda Secretariat. - All hotel costs must be paid by each participant to the hotel. If cancellation is necessary, please inform the epda Secretariat as soon as possible. Any costs involved as a result of hotel room cancellation must be paid by the participant. Events: If you want to cancel your attendance of the Recreate Packaging Award Ceremony and/or the epda Congress, you must inform the epda Secretariat in writing. Refunds will be as follows: Cancellations received by 3 May No penalty for cancellation of the participation at the Recreate Packaging Award Ceremony - 50% refund on the epda congress fee Cancellations received after 3 May 2018 or for no-show - Please note that the registration to Recreate Packaging Award Ceremony is binding and that there is a limited number of seats available.
