The transfer service is valid only for groups reserved by the organizing administrative bureau. [B] FROM MAKEDONIA AIRPORT IN THESSALONIKI TO METSOVO AND VICE VERSA Please bear in mind that for registered participants from Thessaloniki or participants who will travel via Makedonia Airport and for the needs of the Congress there will transfer service. Accommodation bookings will not be secured until payment of the deposit (50% of the total package cost) is made into 5 days. Should you not receive the confirmation, please contact the Registration and Housing Bureau: Conferre SA. Note: There is a minimum stay of 2 nights. 5 Cancellation/Refunds Any cancellation must be notified in writing to Registration and Housing Bureau Conferre SA. All refunds must be processed after the course. In case of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total participation cost ill be charged and no refunds will be made. In case of cancellation the following fees apply: Cancellations prior December 30th: full refund Cancellations from January 1 st and on: no refund
