Please remember that WiNdoWS will be the only accepted operating System. Distances from Verona by car: trento km. 103 (64 miles), Bolzano km. 157 (97 miles), Vicenza km. 51 (31 miles), Venice km. 114 (70 miles), Brescia km. 68 (42 miles), milan km. 161 (100 miles), Bologna km. 142 (88 miles), Florence km. 230 (142 miles). For those coming for a city center the exit is Verona sud from where you just need to go straight in order to get to the arena and the Congress Venue. For private cars, there are many restrictions to access city center historical areas (ZTL) and to park there. You can access these areas according to the following timetable: From Monday to Friday from to from to from to Saturday, Sunday and holidays from to or if you can prove that you have booked an hotel situated in the Ztl area. Parking if you come from outside Verona and you are not familiar with streets, restricted areas, parking methods and traffic, you would probably prefer to leave your car in one of the two covered parking lot just outside city center, in Cittadella square and Bentegodi street. Both are just 300 meters from the arena and the Congress Venue. BY TRAIN the main railway station is Porta NuoVa. From there you can easily reach the Congress Venue both on foot (20 minutes), by taxi or by taking one of the many buses stopping right in front of the Station. Radiotaxi 24 hours service Ph BY AIRPLANE Verona international airport Catullo in Villafranca is situated approximately 12 Km from city centre. there is a shuttle bus service to and from the airport every 20 minutes approx. from 6.10 am to pm the airport bus terminal is outside Porta Nuova railway Station from where you can easily get to every destination in Verona both by bus or taxi. 4 5

Guarantee / Payment of hotel reservation Every reservation must be guaranteed by credit card. a reservation fee of 20,00 (Vat 22% included) will be charged on the credit card upon confirmation of the booking. aim GrouP international will issue an invoice for the charged reservation fee. the credit card will be kept as a guarantee for the hotel reservation in case of penalty. No further cost will be charged on it. the payment of the total number of nights booked will be requested by the hotel upon check-out. the hotel will issue an invoice directly upon payment.
