REGISTRATION Wednesday 7 th February :00am 08:45am *Registration process is about 10mins. We are expecting a last minute rush and we recommend that you come early to avoid the crowd. Latecomers will be admitted at the first suitable break in the program. ADMISSION PROCEDURE Admission to the program is strictly upon presentation of E-Ticket only. Please print and present your E-Ticket at the registration counter. Nametag and wristband will be issued during registration and you are required to wear it at all times for the 5-days seminar. *IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be a cost of EURO for REPLACEMENT LOST of each nametag. Please display your QL name badges prominently. Business Wear or Smart casual. Please dress comfortably, making sure you bring a sweater to each session, as the temperature in the seminar room can fluctuate. RECORDING/TAPING No taping or recording of any session is allowed. There will be lunch & dinner break every day. Food will NOT be provided. The trainer is always committed to the highest level of presentation. Therefore, the timing for all breaks may be irregular. You are advised to bring along your own snacks should your medical conditions require. You may purchase your food from the various F&B outlets available at and around the venue. 3 TRANSPORT Hotel Okura Amsterdam is located on the banks of the Amstel Canal, close to the financial, cultural and entertainment district of Amsterdam. The RAI Congress & Exhibition Centre is within walking distance. The city s motorways are easy accessible and Schiphol International Airport is only a 15-minute drive away. By car From all directions, follow Ring Amsterdam (A10). Take exit RAI (S109) and follow direction RAI/Centrum (S109) at the traffic lights. Follow the signs direction Amsterdam-Zuid (S109). You drive straight on (passing the RAI Congress Centre on your left hand) and you follow the right lane, into the Scheldestraat. At the traffic lights you drive straight on and after 500 meters Hotel Okura Amsterdam appears at your right hand side. By public transport From Central Station: take metro 51 (to Westwijk), metro 54 (to Gein) or metro 53 (to Kraaienneststation) to the Amstel Station. At the Amstel Station, take tram 12 (to Sloterdijk), stopping-place Scheldestraat. Travelling time: ± 22 minutes. From Station Amsterdam-Zuid: take bus 65 (to KNSM Eiland), stopping-place Scheldestraat. Travelling time: ± 15 minutes. From Amstel Station: take tram 12 (to Sloterdijk), stopping-place Scheldestraat. Travelling time: ± 15 minutes. From Station RAI: a 15 minute walk to Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
