Considered as one of the best properties on the Amalfi Coast and impressive on every level, Villa Treville, offers the kind of cohesive Positano event venue that helps create events of lasting influence. We are committed to working with you and look forward to creating a truly unique experience for you and your guests. 3 WHAT S INCLUDED 1 Exclusive use guarantees you the privacy of your event day. You will receive sole exclusivity of the event venue, the rooms (accommodation), the grounds (public spaces), the food and beverage outlets, outdoor massage facility, the boat shuttle service and its related services, the staff and anything that you and your guests require, for the entire duration of your event. It means that you can be sure that you are not going to bump into or see anyone on the event day or during your stay, that is not a guest, or a member of staff at your event. 2 All rates are quoted in Euro ( ) and are based on occupancy of 16 rooms, 35 persons maximum. 3 Rate is for minimum pay 7 nights / Stay 5 nights. 4 Includes Vat 10%. 5 Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking on buy out basis only. 6 Catering menus selections as per our Catering Sales Kit for events consisting of Finger food for cocktail receptions; standard cocktail and beverage selection for cocktail reception; wedding dinner menu choice; standard beverage selection (wines, prosecco, spirits, soft drinks and water ) during dinner; after dinner Open bar service with standard beverage options. Please see our Special Event Kit for more details. 7 Venue rental for wedding ceremony. 8 Equipment rental for tables, chairs, cutleries, glassware and chinaware, as per what Villa Treville has in operation. 9 Basic floral decorations (extensive floral decorations will be outsourced and charge accordingly). 10 Professional service staff requirements attending to events needs. 11 Private in room mini bar service. 12 All rooms have state of the art facilities, namely, air-conditioning, Apple TV, and WIFI High speed (100 MB). 13 Personalize guests and concierge services during stay. 14 Limited car parking facility for in residence guests (strongly advise to coordinate with our Front Desk for any coordination). 15 Safety and security needs during event period. 16 Daily boat complimentary boat shuttle service from Positano/Villa Treville/Beach (From hrs until hrs daily).

4 WHAT S excluded The Buyout (Exclusive rate) does not include the following services, which can be arranged by our professional team at an extra cost). 1 Private transfers (taxi, boat, or helicopter transfers). 2 Boat services outside hrs hrs operating hours. 3 Outsource or outside parking services and facilities (For all overflow vehicles unable to park at our limited parking space). 4 Extensive floral decorations (requiring an outsource floral company). 5 Extensive event venue decorations (requiring an outsource event planner). 6 Activities such as massages, boat rental or other leisure activities during stay. 7 Boat services outside operating hours (after 9.00pm). 8 Beverage consumption outside any scheduled event plan for the event (such as lunch or dinner which is excluded as part of the rate). 9 Beverage packages request consisting of standard and special premium beverages and other beverage requirements. 10 Wear and tear to the property during the event whereby an applicable fee is chargeable.

5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS THE RATE ABOVE IS VALID FOR THE PERIOD OF 30 MARCH 31 OCTOBER 2018 Reservation Event venue and package will be subject to availability. Reservation inquiry to: with stating complete guests names, event date, event time, arrival and departure dates as well as flight/surface details and any other service at point of booking. Villa Treville reserves the right not to accept any booking with insufficient information. Finalizing of the Even All the details of menu and any arrangement of your event are to be finalized a minimum 30 days prior to the date of your event. All changes of plans or of timings of service communicated 30 days prior the event, are subject to Management approval. Guarantee It is required for our team to notify of exact number of your attendance on the function upon confirmation and sign the agreement to the event. This will be considered as a minimum guarantee which you will be charged even though fewer guests attend your event. And if your attendees are exceeded of your guarantee, you will be charged based on additional attendees per person as price agreed. Venue attendance capacity Our event minimum capacity is 35 persons and maximum 100 persons. Food Tasting Only apply when minimum of 20 guests booking. Food tastings are only conducted of minimum 30 days prior to the event. Food tasting is on complimentary for 1 session for up to 2 persons. Additional food tasting requested will be charged based on the menu price. Additional food tasting session requested will be subject to the menu price. Food tasting for Buffet will be limited to certain pre-selected items on appetizer, hot items, soup and dessert only. Outsourced Food The food from outside is strictly not allowed to be brought into the Villa. Take Away Food and Beverage Take away food and beverage on the event is not permitted. Beverage Service Beverage service after midnight will be on an open bar or per consumption basis. Charges to be communicated to Event Planners or Event contact prior the event.

6 Photography and Videography Villa Treville is pleased to arrange professional photographer and videographer to capture your precious moment during your special event. Please contact us for more information. Villa Treville is to be allowed to use a minimum of 10 photographs of the event for our social media engagement and photo library. Back Up Venue For outdoor event during the wet season, the property suggests you book a backup venue of the indoor venue. Villa Treville reserves the right to make final decision to move any outdoor function to an inside room to expedite. Outside vendors Any outside vendors for the event are to be made known to the property at least one month before the event and are to communicate all their logistical needs before the event. Outside vendor for the wedding decoration must note that non-genuine flowers are strictly not permitted for decoration purposes. All flowers used for the occasion must be fresh flowers. Any entertainment and decoration brought from outside for an event will be charged utility fee for set up assistance. Villa Treville takes its security procedures and requests notice of the involvement of any outside suppliers, contractors or entertainers as they would be required to enter and exit the property though the security office. Utility Fee (For reference): Live Band: start from Euro 300++; Standard Lighting: Start from Euro (hanging lantern, fairy light, 6 units PAR LED, 2 units Moving Head or Follow Spot) DJ: Start from Euro Flower or any Table Decoration: Start from Euro NOTE: Any items outside list above will need to be reconfirmed to Villa Treville management team. Entertainment Regulation Villa Treville will determine the appropriate volume level of the sound during event Due to the villa regulation, entertainment or any sound related, the volume level must be reduced after midnight. The use of sound system later than midnight should the guest wish to continue with the music, it must be in very moderate level and subject to be inspected and agreed by management. In the case of objection from in house guest, Villa Treville reserves the right to adjust the volume or stop the music. DJ or any other entertainment subject to limited to type of music or sound volume. Time frame for DJ and any entertainment is between 06pm until midnight. After midnight will only allowed unplugged music but at a moderate or reasonable sound level / volume. No outsources entertainment or DJ permitted without Private Event blocking. Visual Effects Firework and other visual effects will need to be informed in advance to hotel by the latest is 30 days prior to event date for review and processing any document process related to permitted letter. Wishing lantern (fire) launch is not permitted within the hotel area due safety reason. Bubble machine, smoke machine is not permitted at the venue. All visual effect arrangement is not permitted to bring from outside vendors.

7 Customized Event Set Up If it is required to have any other decoration and other arrangement outside of standard decoration and arrangement in the Event package will be charged depending on preference of design, type and or any additions decorations requested. Audio Visual and Sound System Equipment Advance request will be highly recommended and pricelist available upon request. Subcontractors Client agrees to have any subcontractors companies (theme companies, decorators, audio-visual suppliers, production companies, entertainment companies, etc.) must be approve prior to arrival. To prevent damage to the fine fixtures and furnishing of the hotel, items should not be attached to a stationary wall, floor, window, door or ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other substances. Client will assume all responsibility for any damage to the hotel premises from such items will be left in a neat and orderly condition, free from debris or display refuse, no later than the contracted completion date and time. Based on time and labor, additional charge may apply for the removal materials by the hotel staff at close of any event. Exclusivity Use (Buy Out) All buy out event requires a minimum 05-night stay for guests hosting an Exclusive Use event at Villa Treville. Security Villa Treville will not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into hotel or for any items left unattended, except though direct act of the hotel staff. With notice, we can assist you in arranging for security officers at an additional charge. Term of Payment To secure the booking, the non-refundable 40% deposit of the total estimated cost of the event / function is required to be settled upon reservation confirmation. 30% payment to be paid 30 days before the event Total balance full payment to be paid on the day of the event. Deposit, payment schedule and cancellation fee will be stated in the Agreement Letter which will be send after receiving written confirmation. These rates are subject to change at any time, prior to final confirmation of the specific event. No space is being blocked at this stage until we receive definite confirmation from you. Space will be subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Cancellation policy Any cancellation made 03 months before the event will incur 50% of total amount reserved. Cancellation made within 30 days prior to event will incur 100% of total amount reserved. Period of Occupancy Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 3.00pm on the day of arrival, check-out time is by 12:00pm. Rooms used from 12:00pm to 6:00pm on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the public rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6:00pm will be charged at the full contract rate. Payment Arrangements Since we are small, 40% prepayment will be appreciated to be settled upon confirmation of booking according to our cancellation policy stated, credit card or by telegraphic transfer.
