3 Notes: Official check in time for the hotels is 14:00 hours and check out is required until 12:00 noon. Dates of arrival to all suggested hotels must be the 22 nd of March Dates of departure to all suggested hotels must be the 24 th of March Hotel accommodation must be made for a minimum stay of 2 nights. If you are interesting in reserving a hotel that is not listed, please contact us and we will be happy to negotiate and reserve it for you. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. We strongly recommend that hotel accommodation is booked early and would appreciate if you could forward these housing guidelines to any affiliates who may be interested in attending the course as well. Accommodation bookings will not be secured until payment of the deposit (50% of the total package cost) is made into 5 days. Should you not receive the confirmation, please contact the Registration and Housing Bureau: Conferre SA. Note: There is a minimum stay of 2 nights. Cancellation/Refunds Any cancellation must be notified in writing to Registration and Housing Bureau Conferre SA. All refunds must be processed after the course. In case of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total participation cost ill be charged and no refunds will be made. In case of cancellation the following fees apply: Cancellations prior December 31 st : full refund Cancellations from January 1 st and on: no refund
