4 Your team 1. Jamboree Troop Leader (JTL) that s you 2. Assistant Jamboree Troop Leaders (AJTL) a. Quartermaster b. Activity Leader c. Health & Wellbeing 3. Carer (may be 2) Female & Male leaders in Troop especially if you have both genders in the troop. 4

5 Criteria for choosing a JTL 1. Must Have Wood Badge 2. Active In Scout Section 3. Must travel with Troop 4. Past AJ Line Leader experience 5. Nominated by DLS or Region Scout Commissioner 5

6 Criteria for choosing the the AJTL 1. Must Have CoAL 2. Active In Scout Section Criteria Carer 1. Registered as Leader or Adult Helper 2. Health Management Plan submitted 3. Approved by VicCon Council 6

20 Youth Sub Camp - Services Troop Sites 4x Youth Sub Camps Approx 50-60x Troop Sites on each. More preferable sites allocated first. (Vegetation Clearing Dependent) Approx 20m x 30m (will depend on natural vegetation) Site Prep will be done from August/September Mixed resources Recommended Tentage and Pegs. Dome tents and Solid Frame Marquees Pegs solid ones (no aluminium) pointy ends yes they went in but it had been raining. Troops may bring solar and batteries for use within Troop Lines 20

25 Youth Sub Camp - Services Water and Sullage 1x Pit and Water source per 6-9 troop sites Toilets will be located near SC HQs. Water and Sullage installed by The Bend. 72x Showers, 64x Toilets per Sub Camp (Roughly 1x per troop/35 persons) Trough has 2 taps one tap may have a food grade/blue line hose (no garden hose as health risk) with splitters to troop site by negotiation with adjoining troop.
