We clearly understand the challenges of marketing either a new aerospace product or even a well-known brand and how difficult it can be to decide where those marketing dollars should be spent. Our 25 acre, 14 building education complex is a one of a kind and as of now leads the world in producing teenage Private Pilots with 80 licensed in just the last 6 years. We invest over $450,000 annually in aerospace related scholarships and have helped dozens of young men and women find careers as aerospace professionals. 3 EXHIBIT SPACES & AMENITIES All exhibitors enjoy access to the Exhibitor Office and the Exhibitor Oasis (behind exhibit office), in between Hangar B & C. SUN n FUN extends an invitation to all current exhibitors to attend the annual Exhibitor Appreciation Breakfast. SUN n FUN also provides exhibitors with official web and print graphics (page 2) for use in promoting your exhibitor booth location at the event. Each exhibit space also includes staff credentials and access to the Pink Parking lot located across from the Central Florida Aerospace Academy. The same parking pass also allows direct access to the exhibit areas for loading/unloading of supplies before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m. daily. (Exception: 6:30 p.m. on closing day) Priority is given to aviation exhibitors in order to keep the focus of the event on aviation and attract a highly interested, motivated audience ready to do business with our exhibitors. Tents, shipping services and more can be found on our APPROVED SUPPLIERS list on page 4. INDOOR EXHIBITS Four 20,000 sq. ft. hangars at show center offer 10x10 and 10x20 exhibit spaces which include electricity, back curtain pipe and drape, sign and credentials. Wireless internet and telephone service is available for purchase. Food vendors are located within walking distance for the convenience of guests and exhibitors alike. OUTDOOR EXHIBITS Exhibit spaces are available in a wide range of sizes and areas around the SUN n FUN Expo Campus, most outdoor spaces include electricity; please see the exhibit maps following for exceptions. Footprints range from 100 to 7,500 sq. ft. and are priced accordingly. Wireless internet is available for rent in most outdoor spaces. Please ask about your particular preferred area. BREAKDOWN POLICY Breakdown of exhibit booth/tents before 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, 2019, is not permitted. GES will begin positioning trailers in front of Exhibit Hangars A, B, C and D between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., starting with Hangar D. Vehicles will be allowed site access at 6:30 p.m. Hangars will remain open until 9 p.m. on April 7. They will reopen Monday, April 8 at 8 a.m. CREDENTIAl POLICY Access control is an important element of the security program at the SUN n FUN Fly-In. Your credential for access to our site is a name badge/ribbon and must be visibly worn at all times. If you or your team do not have your credentials, you will not be allowed access to the SUN n FUN Expo Campus. If you have someone coming who needs a name badge from your allotment, you may leave an envelope with their name at Window 20 at SUN n FUN s Main ticket gate for convenient pick-up. If you need additional credentials (a daily or weekly wristband), they must be purchased at Main Registration at the posted rate.
