Island Booth Spaces - Minimum x (400 sq. ft.) Member Rate: $42 per sq. ft. Non-Member Rate: $55 per sq. ft Plus $200 for each booth corner** Aircraft/Vehicle Displays Contact ATCA for special rates ** A corner is defined as a corner of a booth where both sides of the corner abut an aisle. (ie. an end row booth would have one corner, a peninsula booth would have two corners, an Island booth would have four corners). Registration Credits For every 100 sq. foot of booth space contracted and paid, exhibitors will receive a $370 credit to apply towards any registration type (exhibitor, conf. attendee, etc.) Booth Staff Registration Booth Staff registration is $185 each. Exhibitors may purchase a maximum of 5 exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft. Exhibitors may use their allotted registration credit for the purchase of any registration type (exhibitor, conference attendee, etc.). All exhibit booth staff must be registered as either a full conference attendee or as an exhibit staff. Any exhibitor found on-site registered in any other category will be required to register on-site at the full conference rate. 1

Carpeting is mandatory in the exhibit hall and all booths must be carpeted. Booth Height While maximum ceiling heights are 24', No inline Exhibit Booth or booth contents may exceed the 8' height limit unless pre-approved in writing by ATCA. Show Colors: To be announced Sharing Exhibit Space ATCA does not allow for sharing exhibit space. Exhibitor Booth Allocation Process Exhibitor Booths will be assigned booth space based on the following weighted criteria: 1. Membership in ATCA 2. Exhibiting organization s total financial support of ATCA s previous year s annual conference 3. Date and time of receipt of Online Exhibitor Contract and payment. Booths assignments will occur based on the above criteria until January 31, After January 31, 2017, all exhibitor applications will be based solely on a first come first served basis. Exhibitor Benefits 100-word listing in official printed on-site Exhibition Guide Special sponsorship and advertising opportunities only available to exhibitors Exhibitors products and services search engine on ATCA Annual website Exhibitors press releases published on ATCA Annual website Company s Exhibitor listing In ATCA Today preview ed to over 10,000 contacts Virtual hall layout where Exhibitors can market to attendees pre-and post-show Exhibitors badges 24-hour security surveillance in the Exhibition Hall Announcements/presentations of products or services in Exhibition Hall Theatres (limited slots available) Online floor plan in real-time: Exhibitors company information is highlighted in real-time on an online floor plan in the exhibit section of Attendees can quickly locate your stand position and get direct links to your website, product information, and company description. This is also the best place to post your videos and press releases for maximum visibility! Only Exhibitors or Sponsors are allowed to reserve suites and/or meeting space Registration credit of $370 per 100 sq. foot of booth space purchased. Note: ATCA reserves the right to change the Floor Plan (including, but not limited to aisle space), without notice, in order to comply with fire, safety, technical, and accessibility regulations or to provide, in its exclusive judgment, a safer, more satisfactory, attractive, and successful Exhibition. 2

4 Information for Exhibitors Payment Methods Option 1: Payment by Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard, 2.5% credit card processing fee applies) Option 2: Payment by Check: Please make check payable to Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA). Option 3: Bank Transfer Should you wish to make a bank transfer, please contact Ashley Haskins at Ashley.Haskins@atca.org or call ext. 395 for bank transfer information. Payment Scheduled All fees are due in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Should a contract be received less than 30 days before Exhibition setup dates, full payment must be submitted with your contract. Cancellation/Space Reduction Booth cancellations or space reductions made in writing and received by ATCA by June 1, 2017 will be refunded less a 15% administrative fee. To complete the Online Exhibitor Contract, please visit the ATCA website: Once your contract has been submitted, you will receive an confirmation of your submission. Once your booth has been assigned, you will receive another confirmation that contains your login credentials to access the Exhibitor Zone. If you experience difficulty in submitting your Online Exhibitor Contract, please contact sandra.strickland@atca.org. Meeting Space Rental A number of meeting rooms have been reserved for use by exhibitors during the ATCA Annual.
