RESERVATION DEADLINES Exhibit space is limited and vendors are encouraged to reserve space as soon as possible. Exhibitor reservation forms and payment must be received in the ASBA office no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27, ASBA is located at 2100 N. Central Ave., Ste. 200, Phoenix, AZ No refunds for cancellation of exhibit booths will be honored after Friday, Nov. 17, 2017.

6 Booth ASSIGNMENTS Reservations open Aug. 1 BOOTH SPACE ASSIGNMENTS Booth space in the Exhibit Hall will be assigned in the following order: Diamond Sponsors, Platinum Sponsors, Silver Sponsors, Exhibitors. Within those categories, assignments will be made in the order reservation forms and payments are received. In the unlikely event that all booths are not assigned, additional booths will be allocated in order of acceptance of the original application and payment.
