2 2019 IEEE RADAR CONFERENCE Exhibit or become a partner at one of the most important radar conferences in the world. The 2019 IEEE Radar Conference will be held at the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts, from April 22 26, RadarConf19 will provide a rich technical program over a broad array of topics in radar systems, technology, applications, phenomenology, modeling, and signal processing. With more than 8,000 active IEEE members within a fifty-mile radius, Boston is particularly well-suited for hosting the 2019 IEEE Radar Conference. The area is also home to a large number of world-class universities, including MIT, Harvard, Boston University, Tufts University, University of Massachusetts, Brown University, Yale University, and Northeastern University. The population of IEEE student members exceeds 500 from schools in the area. 3 EVENT VENUE Boston, Massachusetts, is a rich blend of colonial history and cutting-edge innovation. From the charming cobblestones of Beacon Hill and revolutionary landmarks of the Freedom Trail, to the iconic grounds of Harvard University and Fenway Park, Boston is a treasure trove of things to see. Boston Common and the Public Garden are inspiring whether in full bloom or during a gentle snowfall. Tours and trails can be enjoyed by foot, bike, boat, trolley, Segway, or duck almost all year long. Permanent treasures, hands-on exhibits, and everchanging temporary exhibitions can be found at the city s famed museums: the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Science, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, the Children s Museum, the Institute of Contemporary Art, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, the Museum of African American History, the Harvard Art Museums, and the decordova Sculpture Park and Museum to name but a few. Historic sites in Boston include Paul Revere s house and the Bunker Hill Monument, which can be seen while walking the Freedom Trail.
