2 Palais Frankfurt modern diversity within a historical arcitecture Located in the heart of Frankfurt, with an exceptional and extraordinary atmosphere the Palais Frankfurt offers a perfect place to host an unique event. There is no limit to the type of events arrangeable in our event location. Open your mind and be fascinated when you first enter the facilities. With the Palais Frankfurt Frankfurt retrieves an extraordinary treasure. The baroque style city palace had been destroyed during the second world war and was reconstructed using historical records for guidance. The Palais quarter, one of Europe s most extraordinary development projects, sets the Palais into the center of attention. The shopping center MyZeil furthermore sets an architectural highlight, being one of Germany s biggest and providing wellness-floors and gastronomical boulevards.
3 Location The Palais Frankfurt presents itself with a number of a event locations. With the Sala Grande, the beautiful patio, the BelEtage, the dome hall with its historic design and the balcony on the 1st floor the Palais offers different location for an sensational event. Centerpieces of the Palais are the Sala Grande with its 1,200 square meters, which can be used for all-purposes and the BelEtage with the 50 square meter large balcony. For exclusive events one can add the dome hall to the location repertoire, the historic stucco and antique parquet will be breathtaking for your guests.
4 Location The PalaisQuartier is one of Europe's most extraordinary building projects which centers around the Thurn and Taxis Palais from the 18th century. The ensemble with its five sections offers with the MyZeil an architectural highlight. One of the biggest malls in Germany provides a high diversity of wellness and food courts. The commercially used NextTower hosts offices of global companies and also offers areas for corporate events. Downtown s biggest underground parking with 1,390 parking lots is located right underneath the Palais Quartier. The 5-star Jumeirah Hotel, the right choice for high-class guests, is also one of the highlights of the PalaisQuartier. In cooperation with the hotel and its conference and hotel rooms our event opportunities gain flexibility and potential to extend our contingent.
5 BelEtage Location presentation
6 BelEtage Since November 2013 we proudly present our newly renovated BelEtage. Located on the 2nd floor we now offer the BelEtage in addition to our prestigious BelEtage. With its different rooms the BelEtage is a petite alternative to our enormous Sala Grande, the event locations can either be booked seperately or, for a larger event, together. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling-windows the 350 sq m big BelEtage is flooded with light all day long. In syngery with our Sala Grande, the BelEtage has the same interior design of late baroque and modern layout. Every location needs its eyecatcher for the BelEtage it clearly is the 50 sq m big balcony, where your participants can relax during a sunny day.

15 Sala Grande Since 2011 the Palais hosts corporate events where late baroque meets modern architecture. The centerpiece of the Palais is our Sala Grande with its 1,200 sq m and upscale interior design the Sala Grande accommodates up to 899 persons for a reception and suits every type of event. No matter what type of event is planned, the Sala Grande surely is the right decision when it comes to hosting an unique event. In syngery with our BelEtage, the Sala Grande has the same interior design of late baroque and modern layout.
16 Sala Grande Conceptualized to offer a multifunctional venue in the basement of the palace, this area has a generous ceiling height of 6,95 meters and a stately architecture. It is equipped with cuttingedge light- and sound installation as well as first-class technical infrastructure. Along the north- and south front of this room you will find two grand balconies enabling a spectacular view of the Sala Grande with its 54 sq m impressive stage. Five over dimensional chandeliers and a precious classy parquet flooring become a vivid backdrop for infinite multimedia play and for extraordinary events.

29 Renting With pleasure we arrange an individualized event concept for renting our venue. The basic rent is based on the number of your rental days and your number of guests. Set-up and dismantling days depend on the type and scope of event. The following rental conditions apply: Rent Utility costs/levies Energy costs for electricity, water and heating Cleaning costs Rental of technical equipment basic package On-location staff (booked via Palais Frankfurt) On-location supervisor for the entire rental period Light technician and sound technician Cloakroom- and toilet staff Security representative (also during set-up and dismantling days) The venue must be booked for at least 4 hours. The tenant must assume complete liability during the entire time contributed for protecting and guarding the equipment in use, the tenant is also liable for all damages including third-party damages. The following fees are borne by the tenant: Event- and building liability insurance, GEMA, GVL.
