I understand that deposit/booth fee is NONREFUNDABLE upon cancellation. NO ROLL OVERS. Balance of booth fee not paid in full 30 days prior to show date may constitute cancellation of booth. I understand that if I contract for Booth(s), pay deposit for said Booth(s) for a particular GAJM/NGGVS and do not cancel or notify promoter of my intention to cancel prior to 3 weeks before showdate, alerting promoter and allowing opportunity to resell Booth and recover loss, I am liable for any and all balance due on Booth and will remit balance immediately/and/or any balance I have toward future TNS will be forfeited/applied to any outstanding balance. I understand I will be liable should The Norton Shows pursue Exhibitor for collection of funds and that pursuit/legalities/lawsuit for collection of returned checks, uncollected booth fees, stopped payments, etc. will occur in Sevier County, Tn. I fully understand that The Norton Shows/GAJM/NGGVS, will not be responsible for any theft, fire injury or other kind of damage that might occur to my goods, buyers or personal body during my period of contract with GAJM/NGGVS. I understand that The Norton Shows/GAJM/NGGVS are not responsible nor will be held responsible for any miscommunications, mishaps, delivery problems which may occur to Exhibitor s freight either enroute to/from show site/or at show site. I understand that I am solely responsible for any catastrophe that might occur while contracted to GAJM/NGGVS (Norton s Apparel, Jewelry & Gift Market LLC, The Norton Shows). I fully understand that in the event cancellation of show occurs due to strikes, fires, floods or any other reasons or acts of God I will not hold TNS/GAJM/NGGVS liable for loss. I understand Exhibitor may not sublet booth and two or more Exhibitors cannot share the same booth. I understand GAJM/NGGVS has the right to relocate Exhibitor s booth space and/or to cancel Exhibitor s booth space, without recompense, should management deem action to be within best interest of show or if Exhibitor does not follow show guidelines or constitutes a disturbance to show/setup. I understand GAJM/NGGVS reserves the right to limit number of vendors in certain categories and/or relocate similar vendors carrying same merchandise. I understand that GAJM/NGGVS/The Norton Shows are wholesale, order writing and cash-and-carry. I understand that breakdown of booth before 4:00 pm on the last day of the show is prohibited. I fully understand Gatlinburg Apparel and Jewelry Market LLC and/or Norton s Gatlinburg Gift and Variety Show LLC guidelines and will comply accordingly.
