Break Down Overview In Zapplication you will find your booth number assignment and it is displayed in this at the bottom of the . Please note that if you are a veteran of St. Stephens Art Show the 2014 show layout and load-in times have some changes from previous years so please, when we send them read carefully. Also, please be aware the website for is dot ORG ; Set Up on Friday, February 14 th, beginning at 11 am. Your Entrance Pass, assigned set up time will be based on your booth number and will be strictly enforced to better accommodate Set Up for you. The LOAD IN CHART will be sent this week. Break down instructions and other pertinent information will be included in your welcome packet, distributed upon your arrival by your block captains or at the gate. Your block captains are wonderful volunteers who will greet you Saturday morning of the show and be available to you throughout the weekend for questions and assistance. 2 Load In Overview: To rent a tent contact Set-up Tent Rental call Jose, event outfitters, and give them your booth number. The tents will be awaiting you, to the side or near your booth. Load in time will be based on your booth number, staggering from 11 Am to 4 pm. Please be patient as we send that information this week. The new layout for the anniversary show is being reviewed and a shift in load in times will be made from last year to accommodate the changes. Please do not go to the Coconut Grove Conventions Center or enter into the Coconut Grove Arts Festival or First Stop in the Grove. These two other shows run concurrent to the St. Stephens Art Show and you will get your car or trailer terribly backed up trying to get out after you have made the wrong turn. As of 2007, there is a home show held in this lot called First Stop in the Grove.

6 SHOW RULES ***Artists may only exhibit artwork in the category in which they were accepted*** Artists booths must be open and staffed from 9:30 am until 6:00 pm during all three days of the show. No sales agent, family or business representatives may operate the assigned booth. If two artists were accepted as collaboration, BOTH artists must be present all three days of the Show. Subletting, selling or giving of the space to anyone will result in expulsion from show and any future shows Signed and numbered limited reproductions of the original works are limited to one (1) medium size bin or one (1) inside wall area, to be hung (limited to 12 pieces) and identified as reproductions. Due to the nature of multiple original image making, photos may be displayed in small aesthetically placed browse boxes or one (1) main centered box as well as on the walls of the booth. Excessive use of browse boxes will not be allowed. Note cards and postcards must be limited to one (1) small rack for all categories. No artwork and/or bins containing artwork may be displayed on the ground. Use stands and display nicely. Buy/Sell items are strictly prohibited; the Show staff reserves the right to remove any questionable non-approved items from the Show. No Sale or Discount signs will be allowed. Ribbons or awards from previous shows will NOT be permitted. All work must be created, signed and presented by the artist. NO objects assembled from kits, pre-carved or pre-molded reproductions, manufactured parts, or commercial displays will NOT be permitted.

7 T-shirts & posters are NOT permitted for sale at the Show. Show participants agree to individually comply with all State of Florida tax regulations. All participants and assistants agree to display their work and conduct themselves in a professional manner and comply with all show rules. Alcoholic Beverages, Bikes, Skates, Dogs, or any other Animals are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in the booths or on show grounds. Please remember keeping our artwork, patrons and artists safe is a top priority. Show staff reserves the right to review and approve all booth displays and signage to ensure it is consistent with that of a fine art show. This is a Rain or Shine event. There will be no refunds for cancellations due to weather. Any breach of the rules forfeits all rights of the artist, and will results in immediate removal from the show without a refund and expulsion from future shows.

9 Campgrounds /RV Parks and State Parks of Florida Larry & Penny Thompson Park - Miami CB Smith Park Pembroke Pines Biscayne National Park- Homestead TY Park Hollywood Breakdown Instructions The Show ends at 6:00 pm on Monday, February 17. We will start allowing cars on the property when the police have cleared pedestrian traffic on Main Highway and McFarlane Road this is normally around 7 pm. A limited number of cars may be on the property at a time, to expedite the load-out process and prevent clogging so please be patient and helpful to the volunteers assisting you in this process. To get your vehicle on the grounds you must please notify a volunteer in your area when your materials are packed and your booth is completely down and ready to load. The volunteer will check your space and hand you a LOAD OUT pass which allows you entrance back onto the grounds. Before you leave, we would also appreciate you filling out the survey enclosed in your welcome packet and returning it to the volunteer helping you load out.
