2 WHY YOUR COMPANY SHOULD EXHIBIT AT FOCUS #1 #2 The FOCUS Conference took place here in May 2018 and broke all of our attendance expectations. Opened just 18 months ago, the Guesthouse at Graceland Resort has already been awarded AAA s 4-Diamond status denoting that the venue is upscale in all areas. Our special rate will be only $149/n with free parking, free use of their business center & gym, free internet in sleeping rooms and in the exhibit hall, free R/T airport shuttle and many other perks, all free for our exhibitors and attendees. In May of 2018, exhibitors found this hotel to be logistically easy to use, easy to load in and out of, (themselves, if they wish), and generally facilitative to all aspects of exhibiting. For 2019, the conference will feature 4 hours of unopposed exhibit time between Friday evening s opening Food & Cocktail reception from 5:15pm to 6:45pm then 2.5 hours more during breakfast and lunch in the hall on Saturday - all ending for exhibitors at 1:45pm, - plenty of time to pack, be out and on the way home that same day. Four hours of unopposed exhibit time in less than 18 hours makes your time efficient and the live exhibiting, cost-effective. AND with FOCUS providing food, drink and door prizes in the hall, it will always be busy as it was in May #3 #4 We keep your ancillary costs low with rooms $149/n, free food/drink for reps in the hall, free airport shuttles, free parking, free electricity at your booth, no need to rent carpet or other exhibit furniture; it s all included in your booth fee. Come in as late as 2 pm on Friday, Sept. 20th to set up for our opening reception that evening from 5:15pm - 6:45 pm. Later, be our guest at the FOCUS Comedy Show (a great event to sponsor, see page 7). Then, exhibit again Saturday morning for breakfast (7am - 8:15am) followed by lunch in the hall from 12:30pm - 1:45pm, ending for exhibitors at 1:45pm. Get home that same evening. Cash Bar will be available) Saturday, Sept. 21st 7:00am - 8:15am Breakfast with the Exhibitors 12:30pm - 1:45pm Lunch with the Exhibitors EXHIBITOR RULES & REGULATIONS 1) At least one representative must be present at your exhibit during exhibit hours. 2) The Guest House at Graceland prohibits the use of helium-filled balloons. In addition, FOCUS will bill any exhibitor who leaves an inordinate amount of trash and/or fails to comply with these regulations. 3) Solicitation or promotion from the exhibit floor is prohibited unless exhibit space has been purchased. People found soliciting or promoting themselves, a product or a corporate entity will be escorted from the premises. HOUSING / SUITE RESERVATIONS The Guest House at Graceland will directly process requests for guest rooms and hospitality suites. FOCUS and/or The Guest House at Graceland will provide security in the hallways immediately outside the exhibit hall on a 24-hour basis. Neither FOCUS nor The Guest House at Graceland, however, assume responsibility for loss or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors are encouraged to take precautions to protect their own property and to arrange for appropriate insurance against loss. FOCUS would appreciate the cooperation of all exhibitors as regards their lodging at The Guest House at Graceland. Your cooperation will assist FOCUS in meeting its contracted room block. 3

4 EXHIBIT PRICES & PAYMENT POLICIES Skirted exhibit tables at this conference will be 8 in length by 30 deep. Island booths must be accessible by attendees on all four sides and must not have any backdrop or solid wall that blocks an attendee s sight line to any other exhibitor s space. The exhibit space rental fee includes: Skirted 8 table, standard electricity and two chairs. If tables and/or chairs are not needed simply notify the exhibit coordinator on-site and they will be removed for you. 1) Assignment of space will be on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date application was received in the FOCUS office. Full payment must accompany exhibit application before a space is assigned. 2) FOCUS reserves the right to assign alternate exhibit locations. If choices 1-3 are already assigned, the exhibit coordinator will make an alternate assignment. 3) All payments can be made by credit card or company check (made out to FOCUS Publications, Inc.) mailed to: FOCUS Publications, Inc. 22 South Parsonage Street Rhinebeck, NY Companies paying by company check may take a 2% discount off of their exhibit fee. 5 EXHIBITOR BADGE INFORMATION 1) Each exhibitor will be required to show photo identification to pick up their badge on-site. 2) Badged exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall one hour prior to exhibit opening and for one-half hour after closing. 3) After the complimentary allotment of two badges is filled, additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $150 per badge. 7 2019 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES If your company would like to sponsor one of the events below, simplay insert the event # on the exhibitor application form (page 6) and include payment. #1: Comedy Night Sponsorship: $1,500 Date/Time: Friday, Sept. 20th, 8:30pm - 10:15pm. THE premier entertainment event of the conference and a unique sponsorship opportunity at a fraction of the event s true cost. Focus attendees will enjoy a 1.5 hour live comedy show in the hotel s auditorium, with 1 FREE drink ticket per person. To become the lanyard sponsor, a company may either provide 500 lanyards or, pay a fee of $600 to FOCUS to have FOCUS produce the lanyards. Comapny name/booth # printed on neck strap #5: Attendee Tote Bags Sponsorship Fee: $1,000 Benefits: A conference tote bag will be given to each attendee upon their check-in at the registration desk. These bags (500) will have the sponsor s name, booth and logo printed in white on a solid colored bag, on one side of the bag. 7
