The tour continues down the Las Vegas Strip with all its amazing attractions followed by a ride in a FSPA-only cabin on the 550 foot tall giant wheel, the High Roller. The mini-coach bus leaves at 9 AM for Pahrump Valley Winery, Nevada s Winery in the Desert. You will go on a tour of the winery & grounds and learn about the history of the winery and the art of growing grapes in Nevada. And yes, there will be wine tasting! Your tour will be followed by lunch at Symphony s Restaurant. Reception & Banquet: - Saturday May 20th 6:30 PM -10:00 PM. The final party of the conference. Filled with food, hospitality and an incredible number of prizes - exhibitor s booth raffle prizes, cash prizes, Waterford, and the FSPA member awards. We will also announce the winners of this year s FSPA Scholarships. One last event to enjoy the fun and friendship of FSPA members.

Exhibitor Kits will be provided by Shepard Exposition Services approximately 45 to 60 days prior to the show. These kits will be sent via to main booth contact who made the reservation. 9. Early Registration provided to Exhibitors utilizing two (2) or more booths as well as to the FSPA Sponsors. Suppliers Breakfast Meetings There are two suppliers breakfast meetings available. Class #1: Date: Friday, May 19th Time: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM Class #2: Date: Saturday,May 20th Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM 1st Choice: 2nd Choice: These are scheduled so as not to conflict with any other conference activity and are offered on a "first come, first served" basis. The fee to schedule a breakfast meeting is $ A continental breakfast is provided to all attendees. (The fee charged is to cover the cost of the breakfast). Presenters: You must provide your own computer(s) and/or LCD projector(s) and screens or make arrangements with the hotel. Invitations to these sessions can be included in conference packets if provided to FSPA prior to May 1, In addition, s of all conference registration attendees will be provided to all exhibitors and those conducting classes beginning at least 4 weeks prior to the conference. Rules & Regulations The following rules and regulations govern the Suppliers Showcase at the FSPA Conference May 17 20, 2017: 1. An exhibitor must be a FSPA member in good standing. 2. The Conference & Showcase are for FSPA members only. Customers of either a manufacturer/supplier or dealer are not to be brought into the Showcase at any time without a Showcase Registration badge. 3. A member cannot hold any private reception or activity concurrent with any FSPA conference activity that has not been approved by association management. 4. Any exhibitor failing to pay for their booth with their reservation may have the booth reassigned. Any exhibitor who fails to occupy the space contracted for is not relieved of the obligation of paying for the space at contracted price. FSPA has the right to reassign or make other use of said space. 5. Booth Registration Fees - Each booth is $ Each 8'x10' booth includes pipe and drape, ID sign, two chairs, one wastebasket and a 6' skirted table. Note: A booth registration includes one complete registration for all events (excludes optional events such as golf and the tours). Additional employees working in the booth will be charged $150 per person which will include the morning continental breakfast, the afternoon boxed luncheon and all breaks in the Suppliers Showcase. Please provide the name of the individual who will receive the full registration included with the booth reservation. Please provide the name(s) of any additional company members who will be working the booth at a cost of $150 each. 6. Note: If a 2 nd or 3 rd booth attendee has a full conference registration then the $150 fee will not apply. Again, please submit the names of any/all booth attendees with your booth payment. 7. Non-Exhibiting, Participating Manufacturers Fee: A non-exhibiting, participating manufacturer cost is $ This fee includes one full conference registration with access to the Suppliers Showcase; excludes golf and tours. 8. NOTE: *New manufacturer/supplier members, if attending for the first time are granted a one-time Non-Exhibiting exemption. 9. Payments: All booth and registration payments are to be made to FSPA and not to any other entity. 10. All paid Exhibitors agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations of this contract. FSPA assumes no responsibility or liability, whatsoever, for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to any person or property because of any act of default of any hotel or exhibit services company or person engaged in rendering any such services. The Exhibitors shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the Bally s, its owners or managers, which results from any act of omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bally s, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor's use of the property. Exhibitor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of Exhibitor's occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the hotel or any part thereof.

5 Suppliers Showcase Floor Plan Bally s Las Vegas - Grand Ballroom Gold & Silver Rooms Entrance to the Showcase Notes for Exhibitors: Standard Booths are 8 ft. x 10 ft. and come with pipe & drape, ID sign, 6 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs & a wastebasket. The exhibit hall is carpeted. You only need to order carpet if you prefer a special color, etc. There are no columns in the exhibit hall. All attendees will come thru the entrance next to the FSPA registration desk. All other doors will be kept closed at all times. Morning coffee, boxed lunches and breaks will be set up inside the exhibit hall.

More than 30 airlines provide scheduled service so you can shop for flights - there are a lot of options and prices. Please note for your trip home: The airport recommends that you get to check-in 2 hours before your flight. Ground Transportation: You can catch a cab outside the baggage claim area at the airport. Depending on the route the driver takes and traffic delays, the fare should be around $ (The taxi industry in Vegas is very tightly regulated. They are prohibited from picking up a customer on the street and can only pick up at hotels and established pick-up points. So if you walking down the Strip and want to get a taxi, head to the nearest hotel lobby.) There are also shuttle services outside the airport with an average one-way charge of $7 - $10 per person. With Bally s you can expect a couple of stops before you get there. Uber and Lyft are operating in Las Vegas and they are currently authorized (as of the date this brochure went to print!) to provide ride sharing services at the airport. Pick ups are located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Terminal 1: from baggage claim take the elevator near door #2 up to level 2. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 2 to the Terminal 1 parking garage. The Ride Share pick up is located on level 2M of the parking garage. Terminal 3 location: From baggage claim take the elevator near door #52, #54 or #56 up to level 1. Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 1 to the Terminal 3 Parking garage. The Ride Share pick up is located on the Valet level of the parking garage.

The other tower is known as the Jubilee Tower. The cut-off date for room reservations at the guaranteed rate is Monday, April 24, All requests after this date will be confirmed on a space available basis at the prevailing hotel rates. A daily resort fee of $25 per room, per night is charged in addition to the room rate and includes: Unlimited local phone calls Two guest admissions per day the Fitness Center (does not include use of Spa) In-room internet access to include two devices per room per day (property-wide roaming available for additional fee) Additional persons will be charged a rate of $30 per person, per night with a maximum of four persons per guestroom. There are a small number of smoking-permitted rooms subject to availability upon request. Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night s room & tax, including no-shows. Each guestroom must have a least one registered guest 21 years of age or older. In addition, no one under the age of 21 may possess or consume alcoholic beverages, play any gambling game or slot machine or loiter in any gaming area. If you intend to play in the Casino, sign up for the Total Rewards card to earn comps and get special offers. **************************************************************************************************** Area Information Public Transportation prices as of December, 2016 when we went to print: The Deuce is a local double decker bus that runs the length of the Las Vegas Strip. Tickets are available on-board (exact change needed as the driver cannot make change) and at Ticket Vending Machines along the Strip; $8 for 24 hours, $20 for 3 day all access. The Las Vegas Monorail travels a 4 mile route behind the Strip from the MGM Grand to the Sahara Station. Pricing: 1 day pass = $12, 2 day pass = $22, 3 day pass = $28, 4 day pass = $36 Tickets are available at Ticket Vending Machines at the Monorail Stations. Attractions Seriously folks, this is LAS VEGAS!! There are a multitude of tours available, from the Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, and the Red Rock Canyon. Then there are the 7 Wonders of the Las Vegas Strip: 1) The Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas; 2) Las Vegas High Roller, the tallest observation wheel in the world; 3) The Fountains of Bellagio beautiful during the day, amazing at night; 4) The Mirage Volcano; 5) The Grand Canals at the Venetian -complete with gondola rides; 6) The Mountain at Wynn Las Vegas - Seven stories tall with a gorgeous waterfall; and 7) The Fremont Street Experience - huge LED canopy light show in the old Vegas part of town.
