1 As of August 31, 2016 Show Information: GlassBuild America 2016 is located at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) 3150 Paradise Road Registration Main Registration is located in the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) on the trade show floor at the front of Halls N2 N3. Badge Holder Pick-Up and reprints for pre-registered attendees and exhibitors will also be available at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino convention registration desk. International Registration International Attendees and Exhibitors may pick up their badge or register onsite at the International Registration counters located in the Las Vegas Convention Center at the front of Halls N2-N3. This service will provide international participants simpler access to registering on-site and picking up a pre-registered badge, as interpreters are there to also help. Scan & Go Counters Sponsored by: NGA and MyGlassClass.com, are available for all preregistered guests. These designated counters allow quick and easy badge pick-up. Scan the bar code on your confirmation via hard copy or on your smart phone to find your pre-registration and have your badge printed. The Scan & Go Counters are conveniently located at the LVCC and Westgate registration areas.

Baggage & Coat Check A coat and baggage check is available in the FedEx Business Center located in the East Concourse Lobby and is open 7 days a week, 8 am-5 pm (6 pm on show days). 4 Child Care Check with your hotel for suggestions on how best to arrange for suitable child care while attending GlassBuild America. Children in the Exhibit Hall Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children four and under must be secured safely in a stroller. Infants may be in Baby Carriers attached to the parent. 6 Photography Policy The use of cameras, cell phones or any electronic devices to take still or moving images is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the show floor, before during and after show days and hours to include setup and tear down days/hours. Attendees and exhibitors in violation of this policy risk having their device confiscated or being evicted from the trade show floor by Security. ONLY the GlassBuild America photographers and members of the Press with proper credentials are exempt. Program Changes/Updates Please see the GlassBuild America Information Booths, for any changes made to the final program since press time. Security GlassBuild America has contracted for general security to help provide a safe and secure environment for our attendees at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Guards will be posted at the entrances to the Exhibit Hall, to ensure that only registered convention participants may enter. In the event of any type of security related incident, please contact a security guard or a GlassBuild America staff member immediately. These security measures are in addition to the Building Security Staff, already present at the LVCC. Unauthorized Solicitations / Suitcasing While all industry participants are welcomed on the show floor, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles, another company s booth, or public spaces within the Exhibit Hall will be asked to leave immediately. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management. Wireless Internet Free Locations Cox Business offers mobile phone, laptop and smart device users easy access in connecting with FREE Wi-Fi while in the Las Vegas Convention Center. Free Wireless may be found in the Lobby areas, Luckys restaurant, and the Grand Lobby of the Convention Center, simply connect to LVCC Public Internet network.
