A golf tournament is set to kick of the annual seminar. Quality educational programs with key industry leaders make up the list of speakers. And the evening is filled with a sensational entertainment.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR A TABLE TOP IS FRIDAY, MAY 1, The display area is located next to the seminar sessions and lunch sessions. Twenty-six (26) spaces are available per the attached diagram. Early registration is required to secure your space. Space selection is available on a first-come basis with $800 payment in full (1 space per organization/company). This event will feature a casino type atmosphere with gaming tables and bar. CCCA has added this additional sponsorship opportunity for our valued Associate Members to provide more exposure to network with our members. This event will feature an outdoor live stage performance under the desert stars with a dance floor, cigars and a bar. Pricing for the Hospitality Suite is set at the competitive rate of $224 per night, on a first come first served basis. Additional guest rooms are also fixed at the reduced conference group rate of $224 per night. The Association staff has a hold and control of all space, therefore no other rooms or space can be requested or used, indoors or outdoors for hospitality suites or receptions without the association s staff approval. In view of being equitable and fair we must adhere to this policy. Please note, the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort does not allow for food or beverages on the premises purchased from outside vendors.
