2 Now in its eleventh year, the Pensacola Beach Chamber s Taste of the Beach is a proven success, drawing locals and tourists from across the region to Pensacola Beach. The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to Taste of the Beach showcasing the culinary talents of Pensacola Beach s chefs. The event, which is held the second and third weekend in September, includes entertainment, cooking demonstrations, cooking competitions, beer tasting, food sampling and fun for the whole family. Pensacola Beach restaurants set up tents to offer signature menu items, all priced at or below $5. The festival overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Taste of the Beach is a primary off-season festival bringing thousands of locals and visitors to the Beach and was named one of the top 20 events in the Southeast for September by the Southeast Tourism Society. The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to celebrate Taste of the Beach and experience our beautiful white sand shores, restaurants and our professional chef cook-off convention. The eleventh annual Taste of the Beach will begin Friday, September 7, with a VIP ticketed event from 6-9 p.m. The event continues on Saturday, September 15, from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Gulfside Pavilion.
