7 experience+ Derby Commercial Park Lyons Park, Coventry Birmingham Business Park Lyons Park Birmingham Business Park Derby Commercial Park is located 2 miles east of Derby city centre. The site is approximately 16 miles west of Nottingham and 33 miles north west of Leicester, and benefits from direct access to major arterial roads including the, 0 and A6. The 165 acre site fronts the A6 and is situated either side of the River Derwent. As well as road networks, the site is easily accessible to the East Midlands Airport and Birmingham International Airport. The range of opportunities extend from prime roadside buildings to the largest single distribution facility in the Midlands with detailed planning permission for 1.2 million sq ft. In 1951, Jaguar Cars moved to Browns Lane in Coventry. The site had been a wartime shadow factory run by the Daimler Motor Company. Goodman acquired the site from Ford Motor Company in 2007 and the historic site will now be regenerated by Goodman to provide a major high-tech industrial, distribution and office development totalling 797,478 sq ft.
