The Engine Room is not your traditional corporate environment offering a modern and relaxed ambience with casual, lounge-style seating and always sensational views of the track! Join us for 1, 2 or 3 days in an easy going atmosphere, with a cash bar, gourmet barbecue lunch and afternoon tea. Gone are the restrictions you choose the number of guests, select either a single day or a package, and we deliver the rest all at one manageable price point. 8 2015 ORDER FORM CONTACT DETAILS TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. On V8 Supercars Australia Pty Ltd ( V8SCA ) s receipt of completed booking form and a 10% deposit, bookings will be confirmed (subject in all instances to V8SCA discretion). 2. On V8SCA s receipt of full payment, tickets will be issued (subject in all instances to ticket availability and V8SCA discretion). 3. Full payment for events is required no later than thirty (30) days prior to an Event. V8SCA may cancel booking and forfeit deposit if payment is not received in time. 4. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up to thirty (30) days prior to an Event. 5. Cancellation fees will be payable as follows: 31 days or more, loss of 10% deposit; within 30 days, 100%. 6. If paying by direct bank transfer you must quote your invoice number or Contracting Party name in the bank transfer reference - failure to do so may result in credit not being received for payment. 7. Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes or on-sold by or to a third party without prior written permission of V8SCA. 8. Tickets cannot be used by more than one person per day. 9. To the maximum extent permitted by law, V8SCA and its related bodies corporate (and their officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses or injury (including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with patrons attendance at the Event. 10. The Contracting Party indemnifies V8SCA and its related body corporates from and against all claims, actions, losses (including consequential losses), liability, damage or expenses incurred or sustained by V8SCA or its related body corporates (including based on any liability to or claims of any third party) arising from any injury or loss suffered, or damage caused, by any guest to which the Contracting Party has (directly or indirectly) supplied a ticket. 11. By purchasing a ticket you understand and agree that V8SCA may use and disclose any personal information provided by you for the purpose of conducting the Event and for any other purposes set out in V8SCA s Privacy Policy which is available at Indemnity V8 Supercars will not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of property brought into the private suite by a guest. Guests should make sure that they keep all valuable items in their possession at all times, which includes such things as V8 Supercars gifts and merchandise, wallets, cameras and mobile phones. V8 Supercars will not accept responsibility for the loss of, or damage to any of these items. Distribution of Ticketing Tickets will be forwarded via express post 2-3 weeks prior to the event. Tickets will not be sent until full payment has been received. Accreditation Engine Room guests will receive one individual hard card per day and lanyards. These hard cards provide access to the circuit, V8 Supercar Paddock area and the Engine Room. On entry to the Engine Room guests will be issued with a wristband entitling them to lunch, afternoon snack and water, tea & coffee. Travel Bookings Please contact our preferred travel agent, Show Group on for all of your travel arrangements for our events. The Engine Room caters for corporate guests and is not open to children under the age of 12 years. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner acceptable to V8SCA at all times and a smart casual dress code applies (no thongs or singlets). V8SCA reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any guest at its discretion.
