Also new this year is Rhapsody Apartments offering a 4-night stay located within the circuit. 4 Events Travel Rhapsody add $998 for 3 days (stay at Marriott or Sheraton) This is an exclusive area on the 2 nd floor at Rhapsody Apartments overlooking the pool towards Grandstand 15 right on the circuit above the fence with uninterrupted viewing. We haven t seen anywhere else closer to the track with such fantastic views that is inside luxury accommodation. This facility is only available to our guests and space is very limited. As one of our guests you only require your General Admission ticket in the Travel Package. We will still provide a Pit Lane Walk ticket. You will receive a VIP security access pass to Rhapsody where from there you can access our Terrace which is part of a Studio and a One Bedroom apartment on level 2 see image below. The circuit goes around the hotel which creates the hairpin turn behind. 6 Terms & Conditions: Names provided must be as per your photo ID. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any Travel Package. In addition, you must pay any upgrades, so we can secure reserved seats or hospitality The balance of the package plus any extra nights is payable by 3 rd August Any flight payments will be required upon confirmation. Amendment fees apply. There are no refunds on unused services. We recommend Travel Insurance (available at a 15% discount) Choose your package wisely and read your confirmation letter to ensure the inclusions are what you expect. Once purchased we cannot change any Grandstands or Hospitality items. If you change your hotel booking after paying your deposit an administration fee of $50 will apply per invoice. A new confirmation letter will be issued. Documents will be sent approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the event. 5
