4 ABOUT THE SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX RELISH THE THRILL AND DRAMA OF AN F1 GRAND PRIX UNDER THE STARS. THE SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX, ON THE STREETS OF MARINA BAY IS THE ONLY F1 EVENT HELD AT NIGHT A TRULY SPECTACULAR EVENING. Formula 1 may headline the event, but the Singapore Grand Prix will also feature action from two of Asia s main motorsport properties: The Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific, celebrating its 25th anniversary, will feature the new 488 Challenge Car. Porsche Carrera Cup Asia has been a part of the Singapore Grand Prix since it began ten years ago and will feature single-seater, near standard race cars with 3.8-litre six-cylinder box engines. Entertainment off the track is provided throughout the weekend with international headliners such as OneRepublic, Lianne La Havas, Ariana Grande, the Chainsmokers, George the Poet, Duran Duran and Seal. Roving entertainers, illusionists and theatrical trainers all add to the carnival atmosphere of the Singapore Grand Prix which is like no other on the Formula 1 calendar. To the extent applicable, any such amounts will be added and reflected in the invoice at the applicable rate. 5. The Client is responsible for paying all bank charges, currency conversion, currency exchange control, credit card charges and all other charges incurred in connection with payments to Winterhill Hospitality for Passes. Payments may only be made by wire transfer or by credit cards acceptable to Winterhill Hospitality. Interest is chargeable on late payments at 5% above the 12 month US Dollar LIBOR rate as it may vary from time to time from the date payment becomes due until the date payment is made. 6.
