3 INCLUSIONS The Virgin Australia Paddock Club is Supercars premium shared corporate facility that caters for our Championship and team sponsors, Government officials, VIP s and discerning corporate guests. It was established to offer a truly unforgettable Supercars racing experience and now in its 15th year of operation is recognised as one of Australian sports finest hospitality venues. Each Virgin Australia Paddock Club package includes: EXCLUSIVE ACCESS Exclusive access to the Virgin Australia Paddock Club. Entry to the circuit including all general viewing and merchandise areas. Access to the Supercars Paddock; allowing close inspection of the teams, drivers and Supercars as they prepare for the day s on track action. 20 TERMS & CONDITIONS Accreditation Virgin Australia Paddock Club guests will receive one individual hard card and lanyard per day. These hard cards provide access to the circuit, Supercars Paddock area and the Virgin Australia Paddock Club. On entry to the Virgin Australia Paddock Club guests will be issued with a wristband entitling them to morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, all day soft drinks and a six hour alcohol package. Travel Bookings Please contact our preferred travel agent, Show Group on for all of your travel arrangements for our Australian and overseas events. Terms and Conditions 1. On Supercars s receipt of completed booking form and full payment, bookings will be confirmed and tickets issued (subject in all instances to ticket availability and Supercars discretion). 2. Full payment for events held within Australia is required no later than 30 days prior to an Event - Supercars may forfeit bookings if payment is not received in time; full payment for events held internationally is required no later than 60 days prior to an Event - Supercars may forfeit bookings if payment is not received in time. 3. Cancellation Policy (Australian events) - Cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted with no fee payable up to 30 days prior to an Event. Cancellation fees will be payable as follows: 100% of total fee within 29 days of an Event; Cancellation Policy (International events) - Cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted with no fee payable up to 60 days prior to an Event. Cancellation fees will be payable as follows: 50% of total fee within 59 days of an Event; 100% of total fee within 29 days of an Event. 4. If paying by direct bank transfer you must quote your invoice number or Contracting Party name in the bank transfer reference - failure to do so may result in credit not being received for payment. 5. Tickets cannot be used for promotional purposes or on-sold by or to a third party without prior written permission of Supercars. 6. Tickets cannot be used by more than one person per day. 7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supercars and its related bodies corporate (and their officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenses or injury (including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, exemplary or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with patrons attendance at the Event. 8. The Contracting Party indemnifies Supercars and its related bodies corporate from and against all claims, actions, losses (including consequential losses), liability, damage or expenses incurred or sustained by Supercars or its related bodies corporate (including based on any liability to or claims of any third party) arising from any injury or loss suffered, or damage caused, by any guest to which the Contracting Party has (directly or indirectly) supplied a ticket. 9. The Virgin Australia Paddock Club caters for VIP guests and is not open to children under the age of 12 years. Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner acceptable to Supercars at all times and a smart casual dress code applies (no thongs or singlets). Supercars reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any guest at its discretion. 10. By purchasing a ticket you understand and agree that Supercars may use and disclose any personal information provided by you for the purpose of conducting the Event and for any other purposes set out in Supercars Privacy Policy which is available at Indemnity Supercars will not be liable for any loss or damage to any item of property brought into the Virgin Australia Paddock Club by a guest. Guests should make sure that they keep all valuable items in their possession at all times, which includes such things as Supercars gifts and merchandise, wallets, Cameras and mobile phones. Supercars will not accept responsibility for the loss of, or damage to any of these items.
