2 WRC SPECTATOR TOURS RallySport Magazine began escorting rally fans to Rally New Zealand, a round of the World Rally Championship, back in 2000, and have built an enviable reputation for providing top quality, value for money rally tours. The RallySport Mag team work closely with rally organizers to ensure our clients have access to the best spectator points, and get to see what goes on behind-the-scenes, like Service Park and Rally Headquarters visits. Another well organised and planned RallySport Magazine tour, which provided participants with a show case on all aspects of the WRC event, especially the new spec 2017 World Rally Cars. The itinerary allowed plenty of great photo opportunities at Shakedown, the start, on the special stages and at the service park. Accommodation at Pacific Towers was excellent. 3 Official Rally Australia Tour 2018 Rally Australia Tour Wednesday, November 14 to Monday, November 19, 2018 TOUR ITINERARY Wednesday, November 14 After making your own flight arrangements to Coffs Harbour, you will be met by a representative of RallySport Magazine and transferred to your hotel midafternoon. A welcome dinner will be held this evening for all tour participants. Thursday, November 15 This morning you will have the option to attend Rally Shakedown or spend free time at the hotel. In the afternoon we will visit the Service Park to get up close to the WRC cars, and have free time to wander around the WRC, ARC and classic teams. We will then attend the Rally Show, autograph signing, and ceremonial start. Friday, November 16 Leg One: Travel by coach to Rally Australia. We endeavour to visit at least two spectator points each day in addition to the Super Special and/or Service Park. Daily itinerary to be confirmed. Boxed lunch provided. Saturday, November 17 Leg Two: Travel by coach to Kennards Hire Rally Australia. Daily itinerary to be confirmed. Boxed lunch provided. Farewell dinner tonight. Monday, November 19 We will depart for Coffs Harbour airport mid morning in time for passengers to catch their early afternoon flight home, concluding our Rally Australia Tour. 5 Official Rally Australia Tour hosted by RallySport Magazine Terms & Conditions Validity: These terms and conditions are valid only for the RallySport Magazine Rally Australia Tour, November Prices: All pricing and tour information contained in this brochure is correct at the time of printing. We do, however, reserve the right to make amendments to tour itineraries, content and pricing should circumstances beyond our control make such changes necessary. Costs are based on a land only basis, commencing and terminating in Coffs Harbour. Airfares are additional and are the responsibility of the traveller. Due to volatile global currency fluctuations, prices may change and are not guaranteed until payment in full has been received. In order to avoid price increases, we recommend you make your full payment as soon as possible. Credit card (Visa and Mastercard) payments incur a 1% fee. Payment Requirements: A deposit of AU$500 per person is required upon booking together with the completed Booking Form & Disclaimer. Cancellations: In the event of cancellation prior to October 8, 2018, a $250 administration fee will be charged.
