10 RULES & REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION Organiser Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), New Dehi is the organizer of "INDIA STEEL 2017" Venue, Dates & Timing "INDIA STEEL 2017" wi be hed at NSE Compex (Bombay Exhibition Centre), Mumbai from Apri 20-22, Visitors wi be aowed from 10 AM to 6 PM from Apri 19-21, Exhibitor A company/organisation/association booking space for participation wi be caed exhibitor. Participation Payment Terms: Appication for participation has to be submitted to FICCI-Trade Fair Secretariat aong with 100% participation charges. Participation wi be accepted on first-come-first served basis. Participation fee once paid wi not be refundabe. A payments wi be made either through a Bank draft or through a Bankers cheque payabe at Dehi and drawn in favour of "Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry", New Dehi. However, due consideration wi be given to the choice and requirement of appicant. Cataogue entry charges Each exhibitor wi be required to pay Rs 1500 or US$ 30 for cataogue entry. This payment wi be made aong with participation charges. Exhibitors can aso get the name of their coaborator / principa / agent / Group Company incuded in the directory provided they fa in the same ine of business. For additiona entry an amount of Rs. 500 / US$ 15 wi be charged. SERVICE TAX Govt. of India has evy service tax on a exhibition services. This tax is appicabe on the sta rentas, eectrica charges and other fair services for the exhibition. The service tax, payabe on the captioned fair wi be 14.5 % respectivey on the biing amount. FICCI's Service Tax No: FEDERATION OF INDIAN CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRIES. Security deposit A refundabe security deposit amounting to 10% of the participation charges wi be payabe by each exhibitor one month prior to the start of the exhibition by bank draft / banker's cheque ony favouring FICCI payabe at New Dehi. This deposit wi be utiised by FICCI to adjust outstanding, if any. In the event of no-outstanding, the same demand draft/ banker cheque wi be refunded within 30 days of the cose of the exhibition. Foreign exhibitors are exempted from paying security deposit. Eectricity & Power connection and consumption She stand wi be provided with singe-phase eectricity for the spotights and 5/15 Amp socket provided as per the standard package. Each exhibitor taking a Bare Stand has to pay for the eectricity connection and consumption charges. Additiona Eectricity required for the She Sand for running equipment, machines or additiona ights has to be paid by the exhibiting company. The charges are mentioned in the order Form No. 3. 9

12 Other services and faciities A host of other services and faciities ike teephones & security etc. wi be made avaiabe on additiona payment. Companies seeking these kinds of services are requested to send their requirement wi in advance by fiing up the forms, which are attached in the Forms Section at the end of the Manua. In case, if the desired service is not provided by the organizer the amount wi be refunded to the exhibitor. Construction of stands The interior design of the stand wi have to be within the architectura contros aid down by FICCI. The exhibitors woud ony be aowed to construct the stand as per the design approved by FICCI. The exhibitors have to get their designs approved from FICCI before March 15, Exhibitors who do not compy with these guideines and reguations wi have to pay a penaty of Rs 5000/-/US$ 150 and wi not be aowed to construct their stand and wi run the risk of cosure of the stand. A construction materia, waste and empties etc. have to be removed by the exhibitors 6 p.m on Apri 19, Work regarding construction of stands wi be permitted within the stand area ony or outside the ha and in no case in the wakways in the Has. Stand competion Stands wi be competed by 8 PM on Apri 19, Operation of Stands No stand wi remain unattended. A stands must open at east haf an hour before the exhibition and sha remain open ti haf an hour after exhibition time on each day. Storage of exhibits & empties No exhibits or empties wi be stored behind the exhibition stands. Vacation of space Stands wi have to be vacated under she scheme and bare space atest by 23:59 on Apri 21, Damages to the ha Exhibitors wi be required to make good a damages or make payment for damages in the Has, if any. Sae of exhibits No counter saes wi be permitted during the exhibition. Handing of exhibits, customs and import Exhibitors can avai the services of ony those cargo agents empaneed by FICCI. No other cargo agent wi be aowed to enter/operate in the exhibition. 10

13 Service Agencies Service agencies ike security, ceaning, phones, catering, courier etc. empaneed with FICCI wi ony be aowed to provide services to exhibitors. Other agencies wi not be aowed to enter/operate in the exhibition. Pubic Safety & Security Exhibitors & their representatives shoud be present at their stands at a times during the opening hours of the Exhibition in order to receive visitors. They may not cose their stands before the officiay appointed time of cosing. Fire: A infammabe disposabe materias (such as empty boxes and other wrappings) shoud be immediatey removed from the exhibition premises. Fammabe Materias: The use of fammabe materias for the decoration of the stand is prohibited uness such decorations have been treated with a fire retarding substance. Use of heating appiances within the stand is stricty prohibited. Insurance and Exhibition Liabiities against Unforeseen Incidents Insurance against a ascertainabe risks from transportation to dispay and remova shoud be done by exhibitor. FICCI wi not be responsibe for any caim The exhibitors are soey responsibe for damage which may occur to exhibits, equipment, decorations, stock or stand or any other possessions due to fire, theft, deterioration, oss / damage by water or damage suffered during any fire fighting operations or by natura caamities. The exhibitors are responsibe for a accidents that may occur to the staff (incuding the Organisers' personne), technicians, empoyees or exhibitors on duty in his own or in neighboring stands, due to the use by him or anyone ese deegated by him, of machines, motors, other appiances or eectric power that cause fire. The exhibitors are responsibe for a other damages, injuries or accidents, other than those aready mentioned, or those that they themseves may foresee, and any other damage which may resut from their participation in the Exhibition, whether directy through their own faut or through the faut of a third party under the exhibitors' instructions and affecting the possessions, furniture or buiding beonging to either the Organisers or to another party. The Organisers discaim a responsibiity for risks mentioned above and the exhibitor sha not be entited to make any caim, whatsoever the factors be causing such damage. The exhibitors wi obtain third party iabiity insurance from an insurance company. This compusory insurance must cover accidents suffered by third parties in the buiding containing the stand of the exhibitors, which invoves the iabiity of the exhibitor or any of his empoyees and any iabiity due to accidents inked with INDIA STEEL The exhibitors may insure their exhibits on dispay against a possibe risks that are permitted under the insurance rues. Each exhibitor is reminded that he is responsibe for effecting insurance cover for expenses incurred due to abandonment or postponement of the exhibition for any reasons whatsoever. 11

14 The insurance poicies mentioned above wi have to incude the insurer's renunciation of any ega action/penaty arising in the event of damages or accidents against the Executives, Representatives, Directors and Empoyees of the foowing organisations: Organisers: Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, New Dehi - Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai - Municipaity or Loca Administration of Mumbai - Architects and Contractors empoyed by the Organisers - Overseas Associates - Supporting organizations The period of iabiity of the exhibitor sha be deemed to run from the time the exhibitor or any of his empoyees, agents or contractors first enters the exhibition site and wi continue unti a his exhibits and property have been removed. The exhibitor sha insure, indemnify and hod the Organisers harmess in respect of a costs, caims, demands and expenses to which the Organisers may in any way be subject as a resut of any oss or injury arising to any person (incuding members of the deegations, visitors, pubic, the Organisers' staff, agents or contractors) howsoever caused as a resut of any act or defaut of the exhibitors, his empoyees, agents, contractors or invitees. If the Organisers find it necessary, the exhibitor sha provide proof that he has an adequate insurance cover. The organisers sha not in any event be hed responsibe for any restriction or condition which prevents the construction, erection, competion, ateration or dismanting of stands or for the faiure of any service amenities provided by the Organisers, for the canceation or part time opening of the Exhibition either as a whoe or in part, or for amendments or aterations to a or any of the rues and reguations caused by circumstances not under their contro. Entry/Exit Entry into NSE Compex wi be on the basis of exhibitor passes issued by FICCI. Each exhibitor wi be entited to 3 passes for 12 sq meter space. Entry of vehices in NSE Compex wi not be permitted during exhibition hours and other hours specified separatey. Exit passes wi be necessary for exhibits / materia to be taken out of NSE Compex. Vioation of Rues In the event of vioation of any rues, FICCI wi have the right to cose down the sta of the exhibitor. Disputes Disputes, if any, arising out of unresoved matters between exhibitor and FICCI sha be setted by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciiation Act The arbitration proceedings wi be conducted in Engish and at New Dehi, India ony. Force Majeure If the exhibition is abandoned, canceed or suspended in whoe or in part by reasons of war, fire, nationa emergency, abour, and non-avaiabiity of exhibition premises or any other cause not within the contro of FICCI. FICCI may, at its own discretion, refund the renta paid by the exhibitor after adjusting the basic expenses incurred or a part thereof, but FICCI sha be under no obigation to refund any such renta and part thereof and sha be under no iabiity for any actions, caims or osses. 12

The exhibiting company's name and stand number appear on the fascia board of the stand with 12 cm high, white capita etters. (d) Spot Lights Lights are paced on side was uness different positions are indicated. (e) Carpet A standard she stand areas are provided with non-woven neede punch carpet. Rues for She Scheme Stands a. Minimum space for she scheme is 12 Sqm b. No painting or wapapering of panes is permitted. Exhibitors who desire to have any pane painted or wapapered must inform the Officia Stand Fitting Contractor for approva and execution of work on payment. 13

16 c. No additiona fitting or dispays are aowed to be attached, naied, screwed or dried to the booth structure. On vioation of this instruction, the exhibitor is iabe to be charged by the Officia Stand Fitting Contractor for damages caused to the stand. d. The use of fammabe materias for decoration of the stand is prohibited uness such decorations have been treated with fire-retarding substance. Use of heating appiances is stricty prohibited. e. No suspension from ha's ceiing or fixtures to the was coumns and foor of the ha or any other part of the buiding structure is permitted. Exhibitors shoud ony utiize the inner parts of the sta aotted to them, for dispay. f. Height of a fittings/exhibits shoud be restricted to 2.5 m. The rear and side was shoud be 2.5 m high. Structures/exhibits (mounted or otherwise) between 2.5 m and 4 m in height must be approved by the Organisers and paced at a minimum distance of 1 m from the rear, sides and front of the stand. g. No financia credit wi be given by the Organisers/Officia Stand Fitting Contractor for any she scheme stand items that are not utiized. h. Exhibitors are requested to dea directy with the Officia Stand Fitting Contractor for their requirement of additiona items on extra payment, by furnishing detais on Form No.8. Any dispute regarding additiona items has to be setted by the exhibitors directy with the officia stand fitting contractors. Any damage to these items by the exhibitors wi be iabe for penaty. i. Each she scheme sta of 12 Sqm. is provided with power suppy of 1 Kw oad incuding the ighting oad, free of charge. For additiona power requirements pease refer to Form No. 3. Additiona Furniture and Eectrica items: The price ist of additiona furniture and eectrica fittings is annexed as Form No. 8 GUIDELINES FOR CONSTRUCTION AND SETTING UP OF STANDS Procedure for taking possession of Stands Possession of she scheme stands and bare space area wi be given to the exhibitors after fu payment of a dues. 1. The person appointed to take possession of the sta must have a foowing authorization etter from the exhibiting company on their etter head. We hereby authorise Mr.... (Name of Personne) Designation to take the possession of our sta number in ha number The above mentioned person on behaf of the company wi now be responsibe for the stand and the exhibits on dispay. 2. The authorization etter must be submitted to the site office of the organizers at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai Time schedues for taking Possession of Stands Possession of stas and bare space wi be given as foows: Bare Space: On Apri 17, 2017 from am onwards She Scheme: On Apri 18, 2017 from am onwards The exhibitors shoud compete the sta construction and decoration by 16:00hrs on Apri 18,

17 Construction of Stands Considering the security of exhibits on dispay and genera security of the entire exhibition ony the Officia Stand Construction Agencies wi be aowed to undertake the construction of bare stands in INDIA STEEL Incase the exhibiting company is using the services of the any other construction agency other than the appointed construction agency they woud have to take a prior approva from FICCI for the same. Contractors other than these wi not be permitted to enter the has and undertake construction work. The names and addresses of Officia Stand Contractors are given on Page No.4 Specific Architectura Contro and Guideines The width of passages sha not be ess than 3 meters or as marked on the copy of the ayout pan whie the passages inside the stands sha not be ess than 2 meters in cear width. The minimum width of the entry and exit of stands sha be 3 meters each whie more width sha be appreciated. The stands with one side, two side, three side or four side (isand stands) open as shown in the ayout pan, the participants are required to eave the open side cear of a panes which obstruct the view of the visitors. However, they may put up ow partitions of 1.2 meter high or may have a combination of ow partition and gazing in the upper area after eaving proper entry & exit points. The exhibition ha is being speciay air-conditioned and the AC ducts from the ceiing restrict the height in the has. No construction sha be permitted in front of emergency doors, service doors, eectric distribution boards, switch rooms, toiets, and other fair faciities. The unauthorized construction undertaken in front of such faciities sha be got removed at the costs & expensed of defauter participants and the organisers (FICCI) woud aso evy penaty as deemed fit. No support from the existing construction of NSE has i.e. ceiing, was, coumns etc. sha be permitted. Any damage caused to the infrastructure sha be recovered aong with the necessary penaty from the concerned participants. The stands requiring water connection, water disposa, compressed air and specia power requirements sha be preferaby ocated at the periphery of the has, as it wi be convenient to provide such faciities without crossing over the pubic passages. In case these requirements are not made known to organisers (FICCI) at the time of booking space, or cause hindrance to the pubic movement or due to any technica constraints, these my not be provided. 15

18 Exhibitors booking 40 sq. meters or above are required to submit their design drawings at east one month before start of the exhibition and the pans woud be scrutinized within 7 days after their submission to the organisers (FICCI). A exhibitors have to stricty foow the architectura guideines aid down in the manua. Any deviations wi not be permitted. Ref Form No.5 The decision of the organisers of INDIA STEEL 2017 as regards the approva of the pan sha be fina and binding upon exhibitors and the work must be carried out as per the approved drawing ony. Exhibitors having bare space must submit 2 copies of the design of the stand showing eevations and foor pan for approva, by Apri 2, The Exhibitors sending their pans after this date sha be iabe to pay penaty of Rs / US$ 240. The drawings must aso ceary show ayout of exhibits, ogo detais, supporting stand eectrica points etc. and ceary indicate wa/pane height; exhibits, meeting rooms etc. The decision of the organizers as regard to the approva of the pan sha be fina and binding upon exhibitors and the work must be carried out as per the approved drawing ony. A dispays wi be inspected during the set up days and any exhibitor deviating from the reguations must make modifications as suggested by FICCI on their own expense prior to the show opening. Bare Space Stand hoders can fabricate their stas as per the approved design, however no damages/naiing/digging is permitted on the foor and subject to penaty. The foowing are stricty prohibited: - Use of eectrica fash, fashguns etc. - Coth Banners, Vevet Banners or Vevet Covers on the panes/tabe. - Stage show of presentations without prior permission in writing of the Organiser. - Painting, Coouring, Wapapering, and Sticking of Thermocoe cut etters, Naiing or driing of panes. If you require assistance in hanging or dispaying your exhibits, pease consut the Officia She Contractor. Exhibitors woud be Rs per pane for any damages to the panes. - Hanging of items from the Ha ceiing or parts of it - Storage of any kind behind the dispay was - Digging, Grouting or cutting of the foor. No additiona stand fitting or dispay may be attached to the she stand structure. A interior stand fitting must be contained within the she stand structure and must not exceed 2.5m height. No freestanding equipment may exceed a height of 2.5m or extend beyond the boundaries of the site aocated. It is mandatory for Exhibitors with 2 or 3 or 4 side open stands, to arrange dispay in such a way that there is not obstruction on any of the open sides. This wi ensure free movement and give exhibitors adequate visibiity and transparency. Exhibitors are not aowed to obstruct the view or adversey affect the dispays of other exhibitors. Stands with an area of over 100 sqm may use projections upto maximum 4 mtr. Height subject to avaiabiity of ceiing height in centre of the stand/paviion after approva from FICCI provided they do not obstruct the view/orientation of any other feow participants stand. 16

19 Height of pane against natura back wa aong the periphery of the Ha wi be aowed upto 2.5 mtrs. Subject to avaiabiity of Height. Access must be given to any Fire Exit, Eectrica box, Service room etc. faing within the exhibitor's stand area. It is mandatory to eave minimum one opening in the partitions against the natura wa to provide access for eectrica fittings etc. The exhibition ha has piar at various ocations which, may fa in the sta of an exhibitors. The piars are marked on the ayout. Exhibitor, whie designing their sta may pease take this into consideration. Any doubts may pease be carified with FICCI. Sound engineering practice woud be empoyed for work of eectrica wiring from the main switches to the ights and other fixtures. A eectrica wiring work for Bare Stand wi be carried out ony by icensed eectrica contractors. No overoading of connection at any point of eectrica output than the sanctioned oad is permissibe. Each Raw Sta shoud have an adequate rated switch fuse unit, MCB or cut-out to enabe isoation in case of any emergency/overoading. Eectrica wiring under the carpets is a potentia fire risk. Wherever these are unavoidabe, adequate precaution shoud be taken by covering these wiring by wooden ramps. Wiring with joints shoud not be provided under the carpet. The eectrica equipment instaed must be earthed as per Indian Eectricity Rues, 1956 amended up-to-date. Connections may be made to the nearest main earth ead. Power factor improvement capacitor shoud be provided with the connected equipment wherever motors of 5 hp or above are used. Penaty sha be imposed in case of not foowing the approved pan/deviation Organiser (FICCI) guideines at Rs.30,000/- per vioation. In case of vioation of any Guideines specified above or specified by any other aw enforcing agency, Orgainisers (FICCI) reserves the right to cose the stand/sta/paviion or evy a fine or get the construction removed at the risk and cost of the exhibitor. No caim of refund or compensation woud be entertained in such cases. 17

20 OTHER FAIR GUIDELINES Storage, Remova of Waste and Ceaning for Bare & She Space Hoders The Organizers wi not provide any storage faciities for packing cases, surpus materias or other property of the Exhibitor. Arrangement for safekeeping of such items must be made with Officia Freight Forwarder or they shoud be shifted to your oca godown. During the construction and dismanting period, aises in the exhibition has must not be obstructed with packing materias, construction materias or debris. Contractors are responsibe for removing there own off-cuts and waste each day of buid up and break down. Faiing this, the Organizer reserves the right to invoice the Exhibitors for the remova of excessive packing materias, discarded crates or cartons & stand buiding materia. Conservancy Whie the Organiser wi make arrangements for ceaning the passages, it is the responsibiity of the Exhibitors to get their Stands ceaned and their equipment dusted in the evening. No Sweeping wi be aowed after 9.00 a.m. The officia conservancy agency can be contacted for organizing ceaning of your stand on payment. Their contact detais are mentioned on Page No. 4 Repacement of Exhibits No remova or deivery of exhibits and other exhibition materia in or out of the exhibition ha during the open hours of the exhibition is permitted. Such remova, deivery or repacement of stock may ony be carried out before opening hours in the morning or after cosing time in the evening. For security, to remove any item of your dispay from the ha during the show days, an EXIT PASS must be obtained from the organisers. Remova of Exhibits Exhibitors are aowed to remove the exhibits from the stas after 1800 hrs. on Apri 21, 2017 as per foowing schedue. Entry Pass Entry passes to INDIA STEEL 2017 Exhibition Ha wi be issued by the organisers (FICCI) from the site office from Apri 17, 2017 to the Exhibitors and Service Agencies for the buid up period and for the Exhibition period. Entry of the ha wi be permitted on the basis of these passes. Exit Pass For taking out the Exhibition Materias and Exhibits after the cosure of Exhibition, participants woud need to obtain a standard fina exit pass from the Organisers. The Exhibitors shoud contact the Ha director/paviion director for obtaining No Dues certificates and approach fair secretariat for exit pass. Pease Note: Exit passes wi be given to exhibitors ony on the condition that a dues towards participation in the exhibition are ceared. The copies of permission granted wi be retained by Fair Secretariat, NSE Compex Security Personne at Gate and the Exhibitor. 18

21 Demonstrations of working exhibits An exhibitor intending to demonstrate equipment on his stand must: Provide the Organiser with fu detais in writing of any working exhibits invoving moving parts, naked fame, asers or other dangers. Give proper consideration to the safety conditions under which the exhibits wi be demonstrated, incuding safety guards and screen to prevent accident or injury to both visitors and staff. Cause no annoyance to visitors or other Exhibitors. If high eves of noise or other objectionabe factors are invoved, demonstrations may take pace at the time stipuated by the Organiser, who reserves the right to terminate a demonstration at any time. Ensure that no naked switches are there so that machinery cannot be activated by accident or interface by visitors. Entry and Exit into NSE Compex A vehices with the exhibition materias wi be aowed to enter NSE Compex ony from Gate No. 2 ony during nonexhibition times. During the show, visitors wi be aowed to enter from Gate No. 2. They can get down at the designated aighting point indicated through signages. The car can go to the parking ot as indicated through the signages at the venue. 19

Materia Handing At the Exhibition Site The Exhibition materias at the venue site can be handed by the approved officia agencies, as per the rues. To provide adequate security, safety and protection against damage to the Exhibition Ha and in the interest of an efficient, co-ordinated move-in and move-out of goods, no private trucks, cars, forkifts or handing equipment (troey, ift jacks, etc) wi be aowed inside any of the Exhibition Has. The Organizers have appointed Officia Cearing, Forwarding & On-site handing agencies for handing of exhibits at the site. For contact detais refer to Page No.4 For site handing operations, cargo-handing equipment such as, forkifts, mobie cranes and skied abour wi be avaiabe at the Fair Ground, from the Officia Agents on hire. The rates for On-site handing wi be setted by the participants with these agents directy, depending upon the quantum of work and kind of job required as per the officia On-site handing tariff approved by the organisers. The Officia Agents wi have their offices at the site during the pre & post exhibition periods. For overseas exhibitors, the officia freight forwarders wi prepare comprehensive guideines/shipping instructions for time bond & smooth transition of exhibits right from country of origin to exhibition sta at the fairground. A the exhibitors are requested to adhere to the shipping instructions & arriva deadines fixed by the officia forwarders regarding the movement & handing of exhibits for INDIA STEEL It is suggested that Exhibitors discuss their requirements with officia agents we in advance to avoid unnecessary deays & troubes. The Organisers wi not be responsibe for damages caused to Exhibits whie handing at the site. Therefore, the exhibitors must ensure a their exhibits against possibe transit & handing damages, which are meant for exhibition. 20

Customs Cearance Under Temporary Imports Temporary duty free importation faciities are avaiabe to the bonafide participants of INDIA STEEL 2017 provided the shipment is ceared under an ATA Carnet or a Bank Guarantee or an Embassy Bond. Under the Customs Notification No. 3/89 dated 09, , import of Exhibits for INDIA STEEL 2017 wi be aowed without payment of Import duty provided the Exhibits are re-exported within a period of six months from the date of import or any other period stipuated by the Customs Authority. The Exhibitors are advised to contact the officia CFAs who wi provide them with up-to-date information on rues and procedures. Sae of Exhibits No sae of Products wi be aowed during the 3 days of the event. Sae of exhibits by overseas Exhibitors Exhibition goods, imported initiay via Embassy Bond. ATA Carnet or Bank Guarantee can be sod during the exhibition but removed from Customs bonded warehouse ony upon the competion of customs sae formaities & payment of appicabe Customs duties & taxes within the stipuated six months period. This tax is appicabe on imported exhibits from foreign countries aso. To avai of exemption from payment of Octroi duty a bonafide Exhibitor Certificate issued by the organisers and a photocopy of approva etter issued by ITPO shoud be encosed with your appication and other necessary documents to the appropriate authorities through the officia freight forwarding agents. Both these certificates/etter wi be issued by FICCI to each exhibitor on receipt of fu payment of the charges for the sta/paviion in the exhibition. Octroi Exemption faciity wi be offered ony to those exhibitors who have paid security deposit and indemnified the organisers from any discrepancy in processing of 'R' form. 24 ELECTRICAL SERVICES 1. Eectrica Suppies & Instaations The eectric power suppy avaiabe in India is: Singe / 3 / Phase : 230/ 400 vots 10% fuctuations Frequency : 50 cps 3% variation FICCI personne responsibe for suppy of power wi be entrusted with the authority of reguating and controing the power suppy to the Exhibition Ha and individua stas. Each sta wi be provided with eectric power at one or more main points depending on the tota oad requirements. Exhibitors shoud use Distribution Boards for feeding power to their machines. Individua isoation switches shoud be provided for each machine. Exhibitors shoud use either armored cabes or meta conduits for connecting power suppy to machines. The work of drawing power from main points to machines/exhibits is to be carried out by the exhibitors, at their own cost. Exhibitors may engage the services of their own personne or authorised eectrica contractors for wiring work inside their sta subject to the condition that they are duy icensed to undertake eectrica work. Exhibitors are advised to exercise highest eve of safety precaution for eectrica wiring and instaations. The service charge of eectrica contractor are to be borne be the Exhibitors and are payabe directy to the contractors. The Exhibitors shoud connect power to machines and exhibits as per the requirement given in their appication. Connecting power to the Exhibits other than those mentioned in the Eectricity requisition Form No. 3 or more than the specified oad or the aotted by the Eectrica Department wi not be permitted. Exhibitors must insta separate and independent switch for their machines/exhibits. Aternate connections or throwover switches are not aowed. Incase power is suppied to the sta from two or more main points, Exhibitors must distribute the oad as per the capacity of the respective switchboards in consutation with Fair Eectrica Department. The Exhibitors requiring singe-phase power for ighting purpose shoud carry out necessary wiring from three-phase outet through two poes singe phase switches if necessary for further distribution. After the eectric wiring work is competed, the exhibitors must obtain a competion report from the Eectricians or Contractors engaged by them and fie the same with Fair Eectrica Department. Actua connected oad for the individua machines/exhibits is to be mentioned in the report. Power wi be reeased ony after the wiring work is carried out. A the main eectric suppy points must be kept easiy accessibe for operation and repairs in the event of emergency. Main eectrica suppy points shoud be conceaed or covered. The exhibitors are advised to insta equipment ike stabiizer/ups system for their sophisticated machines/exhibits. If the machines are sensitive to the foor, pacement of stee pates underneath is recommended. 2. Eectricity Charges Organisers have formuated a fat rate of connected oad (singe and three phase), which wi be the basis for charging for power and ighting consumed during INDIA STEEL This rate is subject to revision. It is essentia for a exhibitors to give compete detais of power requirement and submit to the Organiser in the prescribed Form No. 3 for Power. 22

25 Each She stand wi be entited to a singe-phase oad of 1 kw per 12 sq mtr. Incuding the oad they consume for ighting purpose without any extra charges. This oad is sufficient for ighting three spot ights and using of a TV or a Computer. For running a machine a exhibitors have to appy for additiona power. For this additiona oad the exhibitor has to pay as per the rates mentioned in Form No. 3. For Bare space Exhibitors the eectricity connection and consumption charges are not incuded in participation charges. They have to pay the eectricity charges depending upon the power and ighting oad of their sta. The charges for eectricity requirement are mentioned in Form No. 3. Under no circumstances wi the Exhibitors be permitted to decrease their eectricity requirement. Request for additiona eectricity oad may be considered subject to avaiabiity. The eectricity wi be provided from Apri 19th-21st, Temporary Eectric Suppy Temporary power suppy for erection and testing of machines can be made avaiabe from Apri 17, 2017 the first day of construction on extra charges. For charges kindy refer Form No. 3 in the Forms Section. However, no Temporary connections wi be given after Apri 18, Pease see Form No. 3 The charges for eectricity requirement are mentioned in Form No. 3 23

26 FIRE SAFETY & SERCURITY REGULATIONS Fire Safety Fire fighting equipment wi be provided at various vantage points in the exhibition has. Exhibitors are, however, advised to take due precautions and provide necessary equipment in their own stas. Exhibitors shoud aso insta Guards or Protectors on Machine/Exhibits during the demonstrations to avoid injury to visitors. Exhibitors and the staff empoyed by them within the Exhibition stand are directy responsibe for ensuring fire safety measures, incuding tacking of minor fire incidents. Their responsibiities wi incude:- a. Study the genera ayout of Exhibition Has and get acquainted with the ocation of exit doors, exit routes, emergency routes and emergency exits. b. Not to use any infammabe materia for decorating the standard she stands, offices, restaurants, chaets etc. uness they are treated with fire retarding substances. Not to dispay/exhibit exposive, chemica, infammabe, dangerous, harmfu or noxious substances uness approved by the Organisers. c. Not to use any heating appiances to cook food in the Exhibition stands. d. Ensure heating appiances used in business chaets are mounted on fireproof stands. Use of LPG is not permitted. e. Keep away a infammabe/combustibe waste such as empty boxes, containers, wrapping etc. away from the Exhibition premises and deposit the same in areas designated by the Organisers. Empty Boxes, Containers, Wrappings etc if not removed, the Organisers wi remove the same at the exhibitor's cost. f. No storage of any kind is aowed behind booths or near eectrica services. g. A empty cartons and crates must be abeed and removed for storage h. Heium baoons are not aowed inside the has. i. Ensure that eectric wiring of equipment on dispay, decoration and those used for heating appiances are of adequate capacity, quaity and are as per approved specifications. Cabe joints, if any, be kept to the bare minimum and propery seaed to prevent sparking/over heating. j. Drawing more power than what has been demanded shoud be avoided as this may ead to tripping of main circuit breaker and recovery of pena charges/evies from the defauting exhibitors. k. Ateration/interference with main circuit breaker and wirings/eectrica fittings is prohibited. The Officia Stand Fitting Contractor's eectricians shoud be contacted for any additiona connections. In case of any faut in the eectrica instaation, ca for hep from compaint ce of the Organisers / Service Booth of the Officia Stand Fitting Contractor.. Observe and impose a fire precautions at a times, especiay during fabrication/ instaation of the stas/chaets. Avoid throwing ighted cigarette butts and matchsticks etc in Exhibition stands/chaets/offices. m. Smoking in the Exhibition has and a pubic paces during the Exhibition period is prohibited. These wi be treated as No Smoking areas and wi be so marked. Separate Smoking Zone may be used for this purpose. n. Tacke any minor fire incident in the stand, offices and restaurants by using the fire extinguisher instaed. 24

27 o. Know the exit routes to be foowed in an emergency and the ocation of nearest emergency exit for escape in case of major fire incidents. p. Do not bock the exit, exit route, emergency exit and passages. q. Instruct your empoyees / temporary staff not to eave the stands unattended whist work is in progress or before officiay appointed time of cosing. In case of a fire incident, take foowing action: (i) In case of fire not coming under contro by portabe extinguisher, raise fire aarm by shouting Fire, Fire to summon assistance. Rush to Fire Watch Personne stationed in Exhibition has. (ii) In case of major fire incident, direct and guide the visitors and the occupants of Exhibition has/restaurants through routes to the exit as we as emergency exits for their quick dispersa. (iii) Provide access and co-operate with the Organisers' fire safety supervisory staff and Fire Watch Personne for inspection. Render a hep possibe to fight fire and savage the equipment/materias. (iv) Ensure quick dispersa of equipment/cars parked in the area in the event of fire incident in static dispay/car park areas. Security Reguations Badges must be worn at a times by the exhibitors managing the sta and their temporary staff to gain entry to the exhibition has. Badges can be obtained at the time of taking possession of stas from the organisers' office at site. During show days, exhibitors are aowed to enter haf an hour prior to the opening of the show each day and wi be aowed to remain haf an hour after the cose of the show. Particuar care shoud be taken of items, which are sma & portabe. Hand carried items or any equipment going out of the exhibition ha wi require an exit pass. Whie the Organizers wi maintain genera security surveiance through out the exhibition period, security of individua stas in the responsibiity of the exhibitors. Stas are not to be eft unattended during the show period, particuary before the show starts and after the show coses on the fina day. Hence the exhibitors are advised to hire security personne for their sta and the same has to be hired from the appointed agencies ony. The address of appointed agency is mentioned on Page No. 4 Security personne from an agency other than the appointed agencies wi not be permitted to enter and manage the stas of any individua exhibitor or group paviion. Exhibitors are requested to approach the officia security agency directy with their requirement of personne at the eariest, preferaby before March 15,
