3 SENSO 3000 camping force for hydrauic chucks The hydrauic camping technoogy is a we-known, proven and reiabe method for the camping of toos. Thanks to its competey cosed design the system is seaed and impervious, requires extremey ow maintenance and guarantees ongevity. Foowing many years of genera use, however, therma and mechanica infuences can ead to a reduction in camping force. The resut can be a poor too ife and a diminished surface quaity incuding expensive too breakages during machining operations. Determining the oss of camping force was unti now extremey costy and inaccurate. It invoved either determining the number of camping screw rotations or the torque with the assistance of a proofing bar and a torque key or the expansion rate appying an accurate interna measuring instrument. An added advantage is the mobiity of the system, i.e. for measuring within machines and fixtures. SENSO 3000 determines the camping force of the hydrauic chuck via a pressure sensitive pug gauge. The entire ength of the pug gauge is camped in the hydrauic chuck so that when tightening the camping screw the camping pressure of the chuck is optimay appied. The camping force measuring instrument dispays the camping force as an absoute measurement vaue on the one hand and as a percentage camping force in reation to a reference vaue that can be set individuay on the other. SENSO-SHRINK 3000 simpy, quicky and accuratey determines the camping force of the shrink fit chuck by measuring the bore voume on your premises. The measuring resut dispayed by SENSO SHRINK 3000 is the deviation percentage from the nomina vaue of a reference chuck. 6 MQL-Check 3000 cooant voume and reaction time with MQL The deveopment of Guhring s new MQL-Check 3000 aows simpe and quick measuring of the cooant voume and the reaction time with minima quantity ubrication (MQL) directy at the too point. For the user, the resut is a considerabe increase in process reiabiity with MQL machining.
