Registration The number of Deegates incuding their accompanying spouse and chidren ony, is imited to sixty ony. Seats are avaiabe on first paid first admitted basis as per terms of payment of deegate fee. For the purpose of determining sixty participants, accompanying chidren upto 12 years wi not be counted. In case, number of deegates exceeds sixty, such further appications may be processed for registration after getting confirmation from the Tour Operator on a case to case basis in seriatim and subject to avaiabiity and payment of enhanced tour cost by those participants aone as may be decided by the Tour Operator.
