2 2 P age IBTC Tour Dossier/Technical Itinerary-For 10 Day Day 1: Arrival In Cape Town After clearing customs and immigration at Cape Town International Airport, clients make their way through the terminal. A representative greets them at the 'meeting point' at the exit and transfers them comfortably to their hotel (check in after 1400 hrs). The rest of the evening is for Conference. Enjoy dinner at the hotel Day 01 Lunch & Dinner Transfer from Cape Town International Airport to Hotel Day 2: Full Day Cape Point Tour Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Later we depart on a full day tour of the Cape Peninsula. Travel at a pace that allows you to explore the beauty of the Cape Peninsula. Depart for the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve along one of South Africa s most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay. Enjoy a cruise to Seal Island, to view seals and sea birds at Duiker Island (weather permitting). During summer, several thousand Cape Fur Seals along with the rare Black Cormorant lollop leisurely among the kelp beds. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Indigenous fauna and flora are conserved in this priceless wilderness area. The scenery en route to Cape Point, at the South Western tip of the reserve, is particularly lovely in spring when wildflowers carpet the landscape. The new lighthouse the most powerful in the world beams an electric light of 19 million candle power across the ocean. Ascend to the top by Funicular. Enjoy a visit to the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach before you return to Cape Town. Dinner & overnight at the hotel Day 02 Helicopter Tours for 20 to 30 MIN & Open Top Bus Tour Day 3: Half Day City tour After having breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a private City Tour of Cape Town and Table Mountain. Ascend Table Mountain for unforgettable sweeping views (weather permitting). Return to the city through the Malay Quarter, past the Castle, and around Table Bay to Millerton lighthouse.( Eye of Cape Town*) Later proceed back to the hotel. Enjoy dinner at the hotel. 3 3 P age Day 4: Cape Town Knysna Enjoy breakfast at your hotel we will head to George, which is set in a semiarid valley. Drive through the Wine lands along the Breede River Valley. Arrive at Hotel & overnight at the Hotel Day 04 Wine lands along the Breede River Valley Day 5: Full Say touring in Oudtshoorn After enjoying the breakfast at the hotel we drive to Oudtshoorn - 'the Feather Capital of the World', its a drive of 2 ½ hours to Oudtshoorn Our first halt will be World famous Cango Caves, where the stalactite and stalagmite formations are an incredible sight. Thereafter, drive to 'Cheetah Ranch', where you can marvel at the grace and beauty of the world s fastest animal. Later proceed to the Ostrich Farm where you can enjoy shows performed by well-trained birds. You also have the opportunity to ride this magnificent bird and try your luck at breaking an ostrich egg, which is an impossible task.. Later we drive back to hotel. Arrive at the hotel. There is some time to rest. Later enjoy dinner at the hotel or at a local Indian Restaurant Day 05 World famous Cango Caves/ Drive to 'Cheetah Ranch' Day 6: Knysna Port Elizabeth After having breakfast we check-out of the hotel. Later we proceed to Port Elizabeth on the way we will be doing optional activities, Today we proceed to Tsitsikamma & Plettenberg-Bay area, where we visit the world s highest Bungee Jumping from the famous Bloukrans Bridge, Zip Drive, Sky Diving, Whale / Dolphin watching etc., - (Optional and for clients own account) later in the evening we arrive back at the hotel, enjoy dinner & spend overnight in the Hotel or a local Indian Restaurant and We may proceed towards railway station in case we travel by train for onward journey. Day 06 Bloukrans Bridge, Zip Drive, Sky Diving, Whale / Dolphin Watching etc

4 4 P age Day 7: Port Elizabeth Johannesburg After breakfast at the hotel we shall proceed towards airport to board your early morning flight to Johannesburg. On arrival in Johannesburg we shall proceed to enjoy the orientation tour of the city & later proceed to check into the hotel. Enjoy dinner at the Local Indian Restaurant Day 07 the orientation tour of the city All Transfer by Domestic Flight & in Luxury Vehicle Day 8: Mabula After Breakfast check-out of the hotel, & proceed to Mabula for your wild life Safari. On arrival you shall check-in to Mabula Game Lodge. Enjoy lunch in the lodge. Later proceed for 4 x 4 safari vehicles. Your game drive will continue until late evening in order that you can even view the nocturnal animals. Later enjoy dinner at the lodge. Day 08 Mabula Game Lodge/ for 4 x 4 safari vehicles Day 9: Sun City Early morning 4 x 4 game drives at the Mabula. Return to the lodge after the morning game drive for breakfast. You explore the exciting Sun City World (casino, shows, fun games, valley of the waves etc - all optional). There is also lot of extra activities like (Quad Biking, Paragliding, Horse Riding, Clay Pigeon, Archery, etc. all are optional). Enjoy some time exploring the magnificent gardens of the Lost City, Kwena Crocodile Farm. Last but not the least doesn t forget to enjoy artificial Earth Quake.
